DocumentDocumentIN/20E25WSLETTER SEEDING COMBINATION GAL COMBO We're offering a combination of the compact disc harrow and a pneumatic seed drill. Mandam made GAL-P 3,0m wide disc harrow is equipped with shortened hub assemblies and smaller 465mm diameter notched discs. Such a configuration provides a lower center of gravity. GAL-P comes with hydraulic depth adjustment (HRGP) and 5-year unlimited warranty hubs as standard. There are three rollers to choose from: Packer 600, Rubber 500 or Disc 600mm. DESIGNED IN ITALY Pneumatic seed drill (italian made) is designed for perferct integration with our disc harrow. Due to the low location of distribution heads and short feeding tubes this seeder has outstanding accuracy in seed delivery. Each coulter section has individually adjustable ground pressure up to 45 kg pre unit (to compensate tractor tracks soil compression). There are 24 seeding units on 3m witdh 12,5cm spacing. Single- or doubledisc coulter units are available. Easy adjustable distribution units allow operation in a range from 1 to 300 kg/Ha (feeler adjustment). Equipped with non-stop hydropneumatic tine protection. DIG machines are designed for the most demanding working conditions. The tine and swingarm are borrowed from our wellreceived and proven in operation chisel plough GROT. The DIG series offers three available combinations of tines with stepless adjustment of the spacing. The following options are available: rollers, reinforced chisels, LED lighting. EXTENDED 5-YEAR WARRANTY A customer who decides to purchase an extended warranty for the machine is charged 5% of the value of the basic version of the machine. In this way, for a 5% surcharge, they receive a warranty for the machine frame extended for 5 years. "5 for 5". The "5 for 5" optional extended warranty covers the structure of the machine's supporting frame, its possible cracks, plastic deformations caused during proper use of the machine. Extended warranty options must be purchased at the latest at the time of receiving the machine from the MANDAM distributor. QUICK REPLACEMENT SEGMENT HUBS The new, LIPKA optional maintenance-free hub mounting solution for all Mandam GAL disc harrows enables. Quick hub replacement without the need to disassemble the entire hub-disc assembly (low maintenance costs). It also lowers the cost of purchase, delivery and storage of spare parts (smaller, cheaper, universal replacement). Thanks to the possibility of mounting the hub in two positions, spacing between the holder and the disc is adjustable, significantly reducing the tendency to clog the harrow. Now at a lower, competitive price! www.mandam.com.pl 03/04 MCB SWING ROLLER The SWING version of Cambridge rollers offered by MANDAM is characterized by side sections mounted in an oscillating manner, which allows for better ground copying. The MCB SWING roller is offered in widths of 4.5, 6.2 and 8.0 m with cast iron wheels with a diameter of 525 mm. Options for this machine include LED lighting, EU homologation package and SKAN leveling board (shown), with mechanical or hydraulic adjustment. ALL 2025 SPEC-HD WITH HRGP AS STANDARD In response to numerous signals from our customers, MANDAM has decided that hydraulic working depth adjustment (HRGP) will become standard equipment for all SPEC HD cultivator models.
