External Factor Checklist Overview

This document provides a checklist for common external factors that may affect bidet functionality, along with detailed instructions for troubleshooting, cleaning, removal, and installation.

1. Resetting the Bidet

Follow these steps to reset the bidet:

  1. Unplug the unit.
  2. Fully open the water shutoff valve.
  3. Plug the unit back in.
  4. Press the nozzle cleaning button to check if the nozzle extends, then press it again to ensure it retracts.
  5. Place your hand on the seat sensor (shown in the photo) and press the posterior or feminine button on the remote to see if the unit is functional.

2. Cleaning the Main Strainer Filter

1. Power Reset, Open Water Valve, and Remote Setting

This section details the process of resetting power, opening the water valve, and adjusting remote settings.

  1. Unplug the power cord.

    Operate the product to confirm water pressure.

2. Cleaning the Main Strainer

Follow these steps to clean the main strainer filter.

  1. Turn the water valve fully closed in the direction of the arrow.

  2. Use a tool to turn and remove the marked part of the strainer.

3-1. Removing the Bidet & Water Pressure Regulator

This section provides instructions for removing the bidet unit and its water pressure regulator.

  1. Unplug the power cord.

  3. Press the manual flushing button on the side to release pressure.

  4. Pull the lever plate forward and lift to remove the bidet.

  5. Disconnect the water supply hose.
