  • Insert the power supply plug into a wall outlet of the correct voltage.
  • Allow the unit to operate for about 1 hour to cool the compartment before placing items inside.

Wait 5 Minutes or More Before Re-starting

Restarting the unit immediately after turning it off may cause fuses to blow, activate the circuit breaker, overload the compressor, or cause other damage.

Cleaning

WARNING: To prevent electrical shock or injury from the circulation fan, always disconnect the power cord plug from the wall outlet before cleaning.

Exterior and Cooler Compartment

  • Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. If soiled, use a cloth moistened with detergent, then wipe with a water-dampened cloth.
  • WARNING: Do not splash water directly onto the cooler or wash with water, as this could cause short-circuit and electrical shock.
  • Clean regularly to keep the unit clean.
  • Never use polishing powder, soap powder, benzine, oil, or hot water, as these can damage the paint and plastic components. [Scrub Brush]

Checks After Cleaning

  • Ensure the power cord plug is firmly inserted into a dedicated wall outlet and is not abnormally hot.
  • Check the power cord for cracks or damage. If any irregularity is observed, contact the dealer or customer service.

In Case of the Following

1. Power Failure

  • Minimize opening and closing the door.
  • Avoid placing new items, as this will raise the internal temperature.

2. When Not Used for a Long Period

  • Remove all items, disconnect the power cord, clean the interior, and wipe dry.
  • Leave the door open to dry completely and prevent mold/bad smells.

3. Transportation

  • Disconnect the power cord.
  • When moving, ensure feet do not damage the power cord or hit floor steps/thresholds.

4. Temporary Storage

  • Use a piece of wood to prevent the door from closing completely.
  • Do not store in areas where children play. Ensure the door cannot trap a child inside.

Before Requesting Service

Check these items if problems persist after taking remedial actions. Disconnect the power cord plug from the wall outlet with dry hands.

CAUTION: To prevent electrical shock hazards, do not disconnect the power cord plug from the wall outlet with wet hands.
