General Safety
For your safety, it is necessary to follow the information provided in this manual to minimize the risk of fire or explosion, electric shock, or to prevent damage to property, injury, or death.

- If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, a service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid hazards.
- In case of damage to the washing machine, do not use it until it has been repaired by the manufacturer, its service agent, or other qualified specialists. Electric shock hazard!
- Children aged 8 and above, as well as persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or with lack of experience and knowledge, should only use the appliance if they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the appliance and understand the associated hazards. Children must not play with the appliance.
- Cleaning and maintenance of the appliance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Children under 3 years of age should be kept under constant supervision or away from the appliance.
- Animals and children may climb into the washing machine drum. Check the drum before each wash.
- Do not climb or sit on the appliance.
Appliance Installation Location
- All detergents and additives should be stored in a safe place inaccessible to children.
- Do not install the machine on a carpet. Blocking the carpet openings may damage the machine.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources and direct sunlight to avoid corrosion of plastic and rubber parts.
- Do not use the appliance in a humid environment or in rooms containing explosive or corrosive gases. In case of water leakage or splashing, let the appliance dry in the open air.
- The appliance must not be installed behind a locking door, a sliding door, or a door with a hinge on the opposite side of the washing machine.
- Do not use the machine in rooms with temperatures below 5°C. This may damage its parts. If unavoidable, completely drain the water from the appliance after each use (see "Maintenance - Cleaning the drain pump filter") to prevent damage caused by freezing. Never use flammable aerosols or substances in the immediate vicinity of the appliance.
Installation
- Before using the appliance, remove all packaging material and transport bolts. Otherwise, serious damage may occur.
- This appliance is equipped with one inlet valve and can only be connected to the cold water supply system.
- After installation, the power plug must remain accessible.
- Before first use, the appliance should be run once without any clothes inside.
Electrical Connection
- Connect the device to an earthed socket protected by a fuse, corresponding to the values in the "Technical Specifications" table. Earthing installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Ensure the machine is installed in accordance with local regulations.
- Water and electricity connection must be carried out by a qualified specialist in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and local safety regulations.
!Warning!
- Do not use multiple plugs or extension cords.
- The appliance must not be switched on via an external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off.
- Do not unplug the appliance if there is flammable gas around.
- Never unplug the appliance with wet hands.
- Always pull the plug, not the cable.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use.
Water Connection
- Check the connections of the inlet pipes for water, the water tap, and the outlet hose for possible problems related to changes in water pressure. If the connections are loose or leaking, turn off the water tap and repair it. Do not use the appliance until qualified specialists have properly installed the pipes and hoses.
- The glass door can get very hot during operation. Keep children and pets away from the machine while it is running.
- The water inlet and outlet hoses must be securely installed and remain undamaged. Otherwise, water leakage may occur.
- Do not remove the drain pump filter while there is still water in the appliance. A large amount of water may leak out, and there is a risk of scalding from hot water.
Operation and Technical Maintenance
- Never use flammable, explosive, or toxic solvents. Do not use gasoline, alcohol, etc., as detergents. Use only detergents suitable for machine washing.
- Check pockets to ensure they are empty. Sharp and hard objects such as coins, brooches, nails, screws, stones, etc., can cause serious damage to the washing machine.
- Remove items like lighters and matches from pockets.
- Rinse items washed by hand thoroughly.
- Items contaminated with substances such as vegetable oil, acetone, alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, stain removers, turpentine, wax, and wax removers should be washed in hot water with extra detergent before drying in the appliance.
- Items containing foam (latex foam), shower caps, waterproof textiles, rubber-backed items, or pillows with foam padding should not be tumble dried.
- Fabric softeners or similar products should be used in accordance with the recommendations in their instructions.
- Never try to force the door open. The door will open shortly after the cycle ends.
- Please do not close the door with excessive force. If you find it difficult to close the door, please check if the clothes are inserted and distributed correctly.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the mains and close the water tap before cleaning and maintenance, and after each use. Never pour water on the appliance for cleaning. Risk of electric shock!
- Repairs must only be carried out by the manufacturer, a service agent, or qualified specialists to avoid hazards. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by intervention by unauthorized persons.
Moving
- Before transport:
- Transport bolts must be reinstalled on the machine by a specialized technician.
- Any accumulated water must be drained from the machine.
- The appliance is heavy. Transport with care. Never hold any protruding part of the machine when lifting. The machine door must not be used as a handle.

The product is intended for domestic use only with household quantities and for laundry suitable for machine washing and drying. This appliance is intended for indoor use only and is not designed for built-in use. Use only in accordance with this instruction. The appliance is not intended for commercial use.

Installation
Installation Area
!Warning! A stable position is important to prevent unintentional movement of the product! Ensure the machine is level and stable.
- Ensure the device is not standing on the power cord.
- Ensure that the minimum clearances from the walls are observed, as shown in the figure.
Before installing the machine, choose a location that meets the following parameters:
- A rigid, dry, and level surface
- Absence of direct sunlight
- Sufficient ventilation
- Room temperature above 0°C
- Away from heat sources, such as appliances running on coal or gas.
Unpacking
!Warning! Packaging material (e.g., film, polystyrene) can be dangerous for children. Suffocation hazard! Keep all packaging out of reach of children.
- Remove the cardboard box and polystyrene packaging.
- Lift the washing machine and remove the base packaging. Ensure the small triangular foam (a) is removed with the bottom packaging. If not, place the device on its side and remove it manually.
- Remove the tape securing the power cord and drain hose.
- Remove the inlet hose from the drum.
Removing Transport Bolts
!Warning! Before use, it is necessary to remove the transport bolts from the back.
- Loosen the 4 transport bolts using a wrench.
- Remove the bolts, including the rubber parts, and save them for future use.
- Close the openings with the covers.
Leveling the Appliance
!Warning! The lock nuts on all four feet must be tightly screwed to the housing.
- Loosen the nut.
- Unscrew the feet until they are in firm contact with the floor.
- Adjust the feet and secure them with a wrench. Ensure the appliance is stable on the floor.
Connecting the Water Inlet Hose
!Warning! To prevent water leakage and other damage, follow the instructions in this chapter! Do not kink, crush, or modify the water inlet hose.
- Connect the water inlet hose to the inlet valve and the cold water tap as shown.
Attention! Connect manually, do not use tools. Check if the connections are watertight.
Drain Hose
!Warning! Do not kink or stretch the drain hose. Position the drain hose correctly, otherwise, leaks may occur.
There are two ways to position the end of the drain hose:
- Connect the hose to the drain trough.
- Connect the hose to the drain standpipe.
Operation
Quick Start
Caution! Before washing, please ensure the washing machine is installed correctly. Your appliance has been thoroughly checked before leaving the factory. To remove residual water and neutralize possible odors, it is recommended to clean the appliance before first use. For this reason, run the cotton program at 90°C without clothes and detergent.

Attention! Detergent should be added to compartment I if the pre-wash function is selected.

3. After Washing
The door lock and indicators [Start / Pause] flash with a buzzer sound, or two small dots flash on the digital screen.
Before Each Wash
- The ambient temperature of the washing machine should be 5-40°C. If used at temperatures below 0°C, the inlet valve and drainage system may be damaged. If the machine is installed in freezing conditions, it should be moved to a place with normal ambient temperature. Before use, ensure that the water inlet hose and drain hose are not frozen.
- Before washing, check the care labels on the clothes and the instructions for using the detergent. Use a low-foaming or non-foaming detergent suitable for machine washing.
- Check the care label for the garment.
- Sort laundry by color and fabric type.
- Fasten all zippers.
- Empty pockets of items.
- Place small items in a laundry bag.
- Turn clothes inside out.
!Warning! Do not wash or dry items that have been cleaned, washed, impregnated, or soaked with flammable or explosive substances such as wax, oil, paint, gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, and other flammable materials.
Washing individual items of clothing can easily create a large imbalance and cause concern due to imbalance. Therefore, it is recommended to add one or two more items of laundry to ensure a smooth spin.

Detergent Recommendations
Attention!
- Agglomerating or viscous detergent or additive can be diluted with a small amount of water before pouring into the detergent dispenser to avoid clogging its inlet and overflowing.
- Choose the right type of detergent for maximum washing efficiency with minimal water and energy consumption.
- For best cleaning results, it is important to dose the detergent correctly.
- Use less detergent if the drum is not fully loaded.
- Always adjust the amount of detergent according to water hardness; if your tap water is soft, use less detergent.
- Dose according to the level of soiling of your clothes; less dirty clothes require less detergent.
- Highly concentrated (compact detergent) requires particularly accurate dosing.
Signs of overdosing detergent include:
- Excessive foaming
- Poor washing and rinsing results
Signs of underdosing detergent include:
- Laundry becomes gray
- Formation of limescale deposits on the drum, heating element, and/or laundry

- 1. On/Off: Turn the appliance on and off.
- 2. Start/Pause: Start or pause a program.
- 3. Function: Select additional functions; the selected function lights up.

Programs are presented for different types of laundry.
- Cotton: Durable textiles, heat-resistant textiles made of cotton or linen.
- Baby care with steam: Program for baby clothes, makes them cleaner, with more thorough rinsing to protect baby's skin.
- Quick wash 45': Program for a small amount of lightly soiled clothes.
- Mixed wash: Mixed load, consisting of cotton and synthetic textiles.
- Jeans: Special program for jeans.
- Quick wash 15': Very short program, suitable for washing lightly soiled laundry in small quantities.
- Spin: Additional spin with selectable speed.
- Rinse/Spin: Additional rinse with spin.
- ECO 40/60: Default 40°C, temperature setting is not selectable, suitable for laundry that can be washed at temperatures around 40°C - 60°C.
- Delicate/Silk: For delicate, washable textiles, such as silk, satin, synthetic fibers, or blended fabrics.

Additional Functions
- Pre-wash: Suitable for soaking laundry before the main wash program, suitable for stubborn stains. Detergent is recommended to be added to compartment I.
- Delayed start: You can delay the start of the program for 0-24 hours.
- Spin speed: Select spin speed.
- Additional rinse: Option to add an extra rinse cycle.
- Child lock: To prevent unwanted interference by children during the appliance's operation.
Attention!
- Press and hold the "Delayed start" and "Function" buttons for 3 seconds until you hear a beep to activate the function.
- Press both buttons for 3 seconds to deactivate the function.
- The "Child lock" will lock all buttons except the On/Off button.
- If you want to change the program in "Child lock" mode, first deactivate the lock, then turn the knob to OFF, and then you can select the desired program.
Maintenance
Cleaning and Care
!Warning! Always disconnect the appliance from the mains and close the water tap before cleaning and technical maintenance.
Washing Machine Cleaning
Proper maintenance of the washing machine can extend its service life. If necessary, the surface can be cleaned with diluted non-abrasive neutral detergents. In case of water overflow, wipe it immediately with a cloth. Never use sharp objects to clean the appliance.
Caution! Never use abrasive or corrosive substances, formic acid or its diluted solvents, or similar substances such as alcohol or chemical products.
Drum Cleaning
Any rust stains left inside the drum by metal objects must be removed immediately using chlorine-free detergents. Never use metal sponges to clean the drum!
Attention! Remove laundry from the drum while cleaning the washing machine.
Cleaning the Door Seal and Glass
Wipe the glass and seal after each wash to remove lint and stains. If lint accumulates, it may lead to leaks.
After each wash, remove all coins, buttons, and other items from the seal.
Clean the seal and glass every month to ensure normal operation of the appliance.
Cleaning the Inlet Filter
Attention! Reduced water flow is an indication that the filter needs cleaning.
- Close the tap and disconnect the water inlet hose from it.
- Clean the filter with a brush.
- Unscrew the water inlet hose from the back of the machine. Pull out the filter using long-nosed pliers.
- Clean the filter with a brush.
- Reinstall the filter in the water inlet and reconnect the water inlet hose.
- Clean the inlet filter every 3 months to ensure normal operation of the appliance.
Cleaning the Detergent Compartment
- Press the button [] on the conditioner compartment lid and pull out the detergent compartment from the recess. Clean the inside of the recess with a brush.
- Remove the conditioner lid from the dispenser compartment and rinse both items with water.
- Reinstall the conditioner compartment lid and slide the drawer back into the recess.
Attention! Do not use abrasive or corrosive agents to clean plastic parts. Clean the detergent dispenser every 3 months to ensure normal operation of the appliance.
Cleaning the Drain Pump Filter
!Warning! Ensure the machine has completed the wash cycle and the drum is empty. Turn it off and unplug it before cleaning the drain pump filter. Be careful with hot water. Let the water cool down. Risk of scalding! Periodically clean the filter every 3 months to ensure normal operation of the appliance.
- Open the bottom cover.
- Open the filter by turning it counterclockwise.
- Remove foreign objects.
- Close the bottom cover.
Caution! During the appliance's operation and depending on the selected program, there may be hot water in the pump. Never remove the pump cover during the wash cycle; always wait for the appliance to complete the cycle and the drum to empty. When replacing the cover, ensure it is securely tightened.
Troubleshooting
Whenever a problem occurs with the appliance, check if you can solve it by following the tables below. If the problem is not resolved, please contact customer support.

Moving
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and close the water tap.

- Let all water drain from the appliance (see "Maintenance and cleaning of the drain pump filter").
- Important: Reinstall the 4 transport bolts on the back of the appliance.
