Wings Sling 100 Neckband Wireless Earphones

Introduction

Welcome to the Wings Wireless Generation with all new Wings Sling 100. We hope you are as excited as us to feel and flaunt your latest soundwear. But before you dive right in, we strongly recommend going through this user manual thoroughly as it contains important technical information to ensure you have a seamless audio experience with us. Once you are done reading the manual, we are sure you will be all set to.

How To Pair

1. Keep the distance between the earphone and mobile phone (or other devices need to be connected) within 1 meter. The closer, the better.
2. Press and hold the Multifunction button for 3 sec. A voice prompt will confirm that the neckband has entered the pairing mode.
3. Initiate Bluetooth function of mobile phone (or other device that needs to be connected). Then earphone-pairing name "Wing Sling 100" will appear on your phone.
4. Select "Wings Sling 100" and the earphone will automatically connect with your mobile phone.
5. Switch on the Bluetooth search function in your mobile phone or other devices need to be connected. Then the earphone will automatically reconnect with the mobile phone which has connected last time.

Attention: Generally, there are 120 seconds at maximum to pair earphone with your mobile phone, or the Bluetooth Pairing mode will stop when the lights go out. Please retry steps 1 to 4 to pair again if your operation doesn't work.

Button Control

• Power ON: Press and hold the Multifunction button for 3 sec. A voice prompt will confirm that the neckband is ON and has entered the pairing mode.
• Power OFF: Press and hold the multifunction button for 3 sec to turn the neckband OFF. A voice prompt will confirm the same.
• Play/Pause: Single press the multifunction button to play/pause the music.
• Volume +/-: Press the "+" button to turn volume up. Press the "-" button to turn volume down.
• Music Skip: Press and hold "+" button to skip to next track. Press and hold "-" button to skip to previous track.
• Dual Pairing: To connect Sling 100 to two devices simultaneously, firstly connect the earphones to one of the devices. Then, switch both the earphone and the device off. Thereafter, connect the earphone to the second device, and again switch the first device on. The earphone will get connected to both devices. If not, connect the first device manually once again to activate the dual pairing.
• Voice Assistant: Press and hold multifunction button for 2 sec to activate voice assistant.

Call Controls

• Answer incoming call: When there is an incoming call, the earphone will issue a voice message, press the Multifunction button once to answer the call, or use your mobile phone to answer it.
• Reject a call: When there is an incoming call, the earphone will issue a voice message, press the Multifunction button for 2 sec to reject the call, or use your mobile phone to reject the call.
• Last call redialing: Double press the Multifunction button to redial your last call.

Charging Functions

Charging the Earbuds: Before connecting Type-C charger, make sure the headset has been switched off.

Charging Cable: Plug USB cable into Type-C charging port of earphone; plug the other side of USB cable into the USB charger or other charging device.

Charging Time: Charging for 10 minutes gives 6 hours of playtime. Complete charge takes around 60 minutes.

Note: Please do not use more than 5v output plug points to charge as it can cause damage to the case and will affect battery life.

Safety And Maintenance

Please read below suggestions in order to prolong the product lifespan and clearly understand the warranty clauses.

• Keep the product dry, do not put it in humid conditions to avoid short circuit.
• Do not expose it to the peak sun or high heat for extended period of time as this will shorten lifespan of electronic components, damage battery and deform some plastic parts.
• Do not put it in cold circumstances to avoid damage to PCB board.
• Do not attempt to dismantle the product, as it may be unsafe especially for non-professionals.
• Do not use chemical products, detergent, oily liquids to clean the item.
• Do not scratch the surface with sharp items to avoid damaging the case and appearance.
• Do not charge the case for more than 5 hours to avoid loss in battery life.
• Avoid hearing music at maximum volume for long periods of time as this can affect your hearing and is not advisable.

Note: Any damage to the product that is not a manufacturing defect will lead to warranty being rendered null and void. Therefore, please take utmost care for your product.
