Getting Started
This guide assists in setting up and using your Kenuo AI Learning Machine.
Key Device Controls
- HOME button: Returns to the main interface.
- Virtual key bar: Provides navigation (back, background programs, menu, screenshot).
- Wi-Fi Toggle: Searches for wireless display devices.
Initial Setup Wizard
Follow the on-screen prompts to select language, time zone, set up Wi-Fi, and configure user/computer names.
Network Connections
Wi-Fi
- Go to Settings > WLAN/WiFi.
- Enable Wi-Fi. The system scans for hotspots.
- Select a network, enter the password, and connect.
Mobile Network
- Insert SIM card (device off), then power on.
- Go to Settings > Data usage.
- Enable "Mobile Data Network".
Device Settings
- Sound: Adjust volumes for media, alarms, and ringtones. Set notification and call ringtones. Control system sounds.
- Security: Set screen lock (slide, pattern, PIN, password). Allow installation from unknown sources.
- Language & Input: Change system language and input method.
- Display: Adjust brightness, set screen sleep timer, configure auto-rotation, and toggle battery percentage display.
- Battery: View battery usage status.
- Bluetooth: Enable to scan and pair with accessories.
- Apps: Manage applications (uninstall, clear cache/data, force stop).
- User: Supports multiple user profiles with separate data and apps.
- Location: Enable/disable positioning and select methods.
- Accounts: Add and manage application accounts and data synchronization.
- Reset: Restore factory settings (erases all user data; backup recommended).
- Date & Time: Auto-sync with network or set manually. Configure 24-hour format.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot Turn On/Charge: Ensure battery is charged. Use reset hole (poke with toothpick) and hold power button for 10s. Charge for 30+ mins.
- Touch Screen Issues: Disconnect charger in high-interference areas. Restart device.
- Abnormal Charging: Reset device (reset hole or power button) and charge for 4+ hours.
- Screen Flickering: Charge battery. Check Developer Options.
- No Sound: Check volume levels. Ensure headphones are connected properly.
- Crashes/Freezes: Use reset hole or hold power button for 10s to force shutdown/restart.
- Computer Connection: Verify USB cable connection. Enable "USB storage". Avoid front USB ports.
- Video Playback Issues: Convert videos to supported formats.
- Wi-Fi Connection Problems: Check password, router distance, and router settings.
- Learning System Access: Connect to Wi-Fi if system was reset.
Important Information
Charger Requirements
Use chargers meeting specified voltage/current and national standards. Charge device every three months if unused. For long-stored devices, charge for 30+ minutes before first use.
Precautions
- Handle with care; avoid collisions, disassembly, and screen scratches.
- Avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, static electricity, and magnetic fields.
- Clean with mild agents; avoid harsh solvents.
- Pull plugs, not cables, when disconnecting.
- Use appropriate volume levels.
USB OTG Function
Connects to external devices (USB drives, hard disks, mice, keyboards) via OTG cable for data exchange. Ensure device battery is above 50%; high-power devices may need external power.

Tested to comply with Class B digital device limits for reasonable protection against harmful interference in residential installations. May cause radio interference if not used as instructed.
To correct interference: reorient antenna, increase separation, use different circuit, or contact provider/technician.
SAR Information
Meets government radio wave exposure requirements. FCC SAR limit: 1.6 W/kg (1g tissue). Tested for body-worn use at 0mm from body.
For compliance: use accessories maintaining 0mm distance, no metallic components. Use only approved antennas.
