SAFETY INSTRUCTION
Please read the instructions carefully. Not following this prompt could result in operator injury during the operation.
1. BATTERY OPERATION Environmental protection 1) Please do not burn used batteries or put them into a household trash can or waste water tank. 2) Dealers provide environment-friendly battery recycling services. Short circuit 1) Do not leave batteries and other metal objects together. 2) Do not open the battery. Store the battery in a dry and anti-frost room. The maximum temperature is 50. Please keep dry at all times. 3) Do not charge faulty batteries. Change a new one immediately.
2. EYE INJURY HAZARD You are required to wear safety glasses with side shields. Not doing so can cause eye damage and even blindness.

3. OPERATION Improperly trained personnel are not allowed to operate the strapping tool. Carefully read and understand the operating instructions before using the strapping tool. If you do not follow the operating instructions or improperly load the straps, it will cause strap damage. If you are not familiar with the strapping tool, please keep your fingers far away from the squeezing or cutting areas.
4. ADHESION POSITION You should check the pressured adhesion position. Be familiar with adhesion control and regulation. Incorrect adhesion position is hazardous and can cause serious injury. Please do not ship containers that are incorrectly packaged.
5. STRAP DISTRIBUTION Please use the specially designed distributing device to distribute the straps. Fold the strap ends into the distributing device when not in use.

7. BROKEN STRAP HAZARD Improper operation, excessive tensioning, or improper use of straps will loosen the tightened parts of the machine and eventually lead to straps breakdown. When this happens, the operator loses balance and falls, and the strapping tool and straps quickly fly to the operator's face.
Attention: 1) If the load angle is very sharp, please add edge protection. 2) Please wind the straps around the suitable load surface. 3) When operating the machine, the operator should stand beside the straps and keep spectators far away to avoid injury from flying straps or strapping tools. Please use recommended straps with good quality, suitable width, size, and strength. Straps that do not match may cause damage when tensioning.
8. TENSIONING STRAP SHEARING When shearing straps, please use a suitable shearing tool and ensure a safe distance from people. Do not stand on the same straight line with

straps, and keep away from the straps loosening direction. Please use the special tool for shearing straps. Do not use a hammer, plier, hacksaw, axe, and so on.
9. FALL HAZARD Keep your work area clean and tidy. An untidy work area is likely to cause an accident. Before tensioning, improper or unbalanced posture may lead to a fall, especially on the stairs. So, maintain a proper body balance; tread on a flat, solid surface. When you feel uncomfortable, do not operate the tool. Please pay attention to the precautions specifically mentioned in the work area.
10. STRAPPING TOOL HAZARD To avoid damage or work accident: 1) A well-maintained strapping tool is necessary. 2) Periodically inspect broken or worn parts; if there are cracks or worn parts, do not use the machine. 3) Do not modify the machine as it may cause personal injury.

2. ADJUSTMENT OF WELDING TIME AND TIGHTENING FORCE Decide the welding time and tightening force according to the size and quality of the straps. The symbols Left (F), Middle ( ), and Right ( ) can adjust welding time and tightening force. 1. When you press left (F), the protection plate screen shows F1 (press again to show F2). F1 is the tightening force instruction. Press middle ( ) to tighten more; press right ( ) to tighten less (loosen) (the calibration ranges from 1-10). 2. When you press left (F), the protection plate screen shows F1 (press again to show F2). F2 is the welding time instruction. Press middle ( ) for more;, press right ( ) for less (the calibration ranges from 1.0-5.0s).

3. STRAP WINDING Wind the straps as shown in the diagram (The strap that needs to be cut is stacked on top). This electric strapping machine is installed by default with a spring that fuses the PET strap (Recommended to use with U.S. SOLID PET strapping, you can search for polyester PET strapping roll in our store). If you use PP straps, please replace them with another spring we have prepared for you.
Warning! Keep away from oil, grease and other dirt when welding plastic straps. Dirty straps can't be welded.
4. STRAP INSERTION Lift the handle with your right hand, insert straps with your left hand, stack the straps in parallel, and release the handle.

5. STRAP TENSIONING Press the tensioning button. When the strap tensioning strength is reached, release the switch knob. A tensioning operation can be interrupted or restarted at any time. In the tensioning process, the indicator light displays green. After reaching the desired tension, do not press the switch knob to avoid the risk of breaking the straps. NOTE: Press tensioning button all the time until the indicator light displays purple; tightening protection doesn't affect the next step.

6. WELDING When you press the welding button, the hands leave immediately. The plastic strap is welded, and the redundant straps are cut off. The welding is not completed until the light flashes purple three times and then turns blue.

7. REMOVE STRAPPING TOOL Lift the handle and loosen the straps; pull the machine to the right side and away from the straps.
8. ADHESION CONTROL Normal adhesion control is necessary. You can see the quality of the adhesion with the eyes as shown in the following diagrams:
Correct adhesion: Weld the entire width of the strap; the welding length is about 19 mm. A small amount of molten plastic is allowed to overflow the edge. Welding time is too short: The entire width is not welded, and the adhesion is insufficient.
WARNING! Straps with insufficient welding must be removed. Adjust the welding time. Welding time is too long: If the welding time is too long, straps are overheated, and molten plastic overflow on two sides. The adhesion effect is affected.
WARNING! Straps with inadequate adhesive strength must be removed. Adjust the welding time.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
1. When tightening the machine for use, please ensure you use a strap that matches the spring installed in the machine. BATTERIES NEED TO BE RECYCLED SEPARATELY
You are legally obliged to dispose of electrical and electronic equipment and batteries separately from household waste. You can recognize this by the crossed-out garbage bin symbol on our products and packaging. The reason for separate disposal is that electrical and electronic appliances and batteries contain valuable raw materials such as metals (e.g. iron, zinc, manganese or nickel), plastics and rare earths. These raw materials can be reused (recycled) by disposing of them separately. By disposing of them properly, you are helping to protect the environment and human health.
Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing harmful substances can be identified by the letter combination Pb for lead, Cd for cadmium and Hg for mercury under the crossed-out garbage bin.
Improper disposal of lithium-ion batteries poses an enormous fire hazard. Time and again, incorrectly disposed batteries cause fires, devastating for both consumers and disposal companies.
Lithium-ion batteries can ignite in domestic waste garbage cans,

waste clays, waste disposal trucks or sorting plants. This not only causes major damage to property, but also creates a life-threatening situation, both in households and for employees in the waste disposal and recycling industry.
Before disposing of your lithium-ion battery or rechargeable battery and also when storing it, you should cover the poles with insulating tape (alternatively: adhesive tape) to prevent a short circuit.
If the lithium-ion battery is not installed in the device, the battery should be disposed of individually at the appropriate collection points.
Please avoid producing waste as far as possible by preferring batteries with a longer service life or rechargeable batteries. You can return batteries free of charge either to municipal collection points or to retailers. You can find out about other collection points via your city or local authority; more and more collection points are marked with the collection point logo.
