1. Ensure Water and Electricity are Connected

Connect the water inlet hose to the water supply (e.g., via a T-junction or angle valve). Ensure the power plug is rated for 220V~50Hz, 250V 10A.

Diagram shows connection to a water faucet via an angle valve or to a water pipe via a T-junction.

The [flashing symbol] indicator on the product flashes to indicate water inlet abnormality. Ensure the faucet is open and water pressure is sufficient.

2. Remove Large Food Residue

Before loading, remove large food particles from dishes.

Diagram illustrates scraping large food residue from dishes.

3. Load Dishes

Load the lower basket first, then the upper basket, from inside to outside. It is recommended to place all dishes tilted to improve cleaning area and quality. Incorrect placement may lead to unsatisfactory cleaning results.

Diagrams show recommended loading patterns for the upper and lower baskets.

4. Add Detergent/Rinse Aid

Unscrew the rinse aid dispenser cap by turning it towards the left arrow. Fill the dispenser with rinse aid (approx. 110ml). The knob numbered 1-6 adjusts the rinse aid dosage; the factory default is position '4'. Adjust dosage if drying performance is not ideal: increase for more water residue, decrease for white/blue deposits.

Diagram shows the rinse aid dispenser cap and the dosage adjustment knob. The '*' indicator flashes when rinse aid needs refilling.

For programs tested according to GB/T20290 standard, standard detergent usage is 4g for pre-wash and 20g for main wash.

5. Close Door, Start Dishwasher

Press the power button ⚡ to turn on the dishwasher and enter standby mode. Select your desired wash program. Press the start/pause button ▶️; the ':' on the screen will flash, and the wash cycle will begin.

Diagram shows the control panel with indicators for pre-wash, smart analysis, sterilization, high-temperature rinse, and drying.

6. Running Precautions

Midea's unique drying and storage technology quickly dries dishes. Water droplets may appear at the vent due to condensation from weather conditions; this is normal. Ensure children stay away from the dishwasher during operation.

Diagram shows steam or water droplets emanating from the vent, indicating normal operation.

Special Functions

Child Lock

Press and hold the 'Energy Saving' (节能洗) and 'Custom' (自定义) buttons simultaneously for three seconds to activate or deactivate Child Lock. A lit indicator signifies Child Lock is active; an unlit indicator means it is deactivated and buttons can be operated.

Storage Function

The storage function helps remove odors, prevent mold, and reduce moisture for up to 72 hours. Activate or deactivate it by pressing and holding the 'Smart Wash' (智能洗) and 'Powerful Wash' (强力洗) buttons for three seconds in standby mode, or via the mobile app. The display shows '885 8:68' when storage is active and '885 8:66' when inactive. If storage is enabled, the dishwasher automatically enters this mode after washing, with the drying indicator light staying on.

The ? indicator flashes when water inlet is abnormal. Ensure the faucet is open or water pressure is low.

The ? indicator is lit when Wi-Fi connection is successful. Refer to the Wi-Fi operation sheet for details.

The '*' indicator flashes when rinse aid needs to be added. Refer to the user manual for instructions on adding rinse aid.

The ? indicator flashes when special salt needs to be added. Refer to the user manual for instructions on adding softening salt.

Loading Dishes

Place soiled surfaces facing the spray arm for optimal cleaning.

It is recommended to place all dishes tilted to improve cleaning area and washing quality. Incorrect placement may lead to unsatisfactory cleaning results.

Upper Basket Loading

The clearance from the upper basket to the top spray arm is 12.5CM. Place bowls or utensils of appropriate size.

Diagram illustrates loading small plates and cups into the upper basket.

Caution

⚠️ Please do not place light items that can easily splash water, or items prone to rust, flammability, or corrosion, as these may cause accidents.

To ensure the spray arm can fully clean soiled surfaces, place them facing inwards towards the spray arm.

Lower Basket Loading

The clearance from the lower basket to the upper spray arm is 25CM. Place bowls or utensils of appropriate size.

Diagram illustrates loading plates, bowls, and larger items into the lower basket.

Do not place items with their openings facing upwards, as this may affect cleaning results. Ensure soiled surfaces face the spray arm.

Items placed in the basket must not extend from the bottom of the basket to avoid blocking the spray arm.

Lower basket items are limited to a height of 25cm to avoid blocking the upper basket spray arm.

Cutlery

For knives, forks, and spoons with a height below 25cm: place handles downwards. Be cautious when handling sharp cutlery. Knives and other sharp utensils must be placed in the basket with tips pointing downwards or placed horizontally.

Large Pots and Pans

When placing large pots and pans, the angle of the accessory can be adjusted.
