Installation Guide

  1. Cut a 155 mm diameter hole in the ceiling.
  2. Unscrew the bolt and remove the dome.
  3. Choose a cable entry. Make a small hole using an awl in the rubber seal and pass the cable through it.
  4. Select the desired power tap (6W, 3W, or 1.5W) to set the required power output. Connect the cable to the ceramic terminal and set the power output on the line transformer.
  5. Place the dome back onto the loudspeaker and secure it with the screw.
  6. Lift all speaker's mounting clamps.
  7. Carefully push the loudspeaker into the hole until the springs fix it.

Important Note: Mount the loudspeaker on a reliable base only.

Circuit Diagram Description

The MCR 4EN circuit diagram shows connections for a thermal fuse, selectable power taps (6W, 3W, 1.5W), and a common (COM) terminal. These are connected to the loudspeaker enclosure via a line transformer.
