Unscrew and remove both Philips head screws. Retain the screws for later remounting of the brake light reflector. 2 5. Insert the brake light assembly into the main housing. Next, plug in the white power supply system connector into the socket on the brake light reflector housing backside. Modifying the cable will void your warranty. The camera is water- and dustproof and has been licensed according to the international standard IP68. However, vehicle cleaning using high pressure water and steam jet devices may still lead to damage of IP68 rated camera models by intrusion of water. If the motorhome is treated with a water jet high pressure cleaning device, make sure to keep a distance of at least one meter between the water nozzle and the camera sensor / housing. Pull the brake light reflector unit out of its mounting slot. Disconnect the white power supply system connector plug of the vehicle. 3 3. Screw in and tighten the stainless steel mounting bolts by hand (5Nm). Use a dab of Loctite, if possible. 4. Route the main cable of the ZE-RCE3703MV cam from the device slot in the vehicle cockpit / dashboard to the brake light opening in the upper rear section of the vehicle. 6. Align the cam housing / reflector assembly over the mounting location. For power, RCA video signal and the MV data line, the ZENEC device offers a direct system "connector block E" to offer switched power out's (see installation guide of ZENEC head unit). 8 8. Perform a cam function test. Also check for proper function of the 3rd brake light. Align the camera sensor manually, for best desired image section. Installation and cam setup is completed. Wenn das Reisemobil mit einer Wasserstrahl-Hochdruckreinigung behandelt wird achten Sie darauf, dass zwischen der Wasserdüse und dem Kamerasensor/-gehäuse ein Abstand von mindestens einem Meter eingehalten wird. Ziehen Sie das Gehäuse des Bremslichtreflektors aus der Befestigungsöffnung. Stecken Sie den weißen Anschlussstecker der Bremslicht-Stromversorgung des Fahrzeugs aus. 3 3. Die Montagebolzen aus Edelstahl einschrauben und unter Zugabe von etwas Loctite handfest anziehen (5Nm). 4. Verlegen Sie das Hauptkabel der ZE-RCE3703MV Kamera vom Geräteschacht im Fahrzeugcockpit / Armaturenbrett zur Bremslichtöffnung im oberen hinteren Bereich des Fahrzeugs. 6. Richten Sie die Baugruppe Kameragehäuse / Reflektor über dem Montageort aus. Befestigen Sie die Baugruppe mit den Original Kreuzschlitzschrauben. 7 MV-data line (6.3 mm male Fast-On) +12V (male bullet) GND (male bullet) MV-data In (6.3 mm female Fast-On) IR In ext. Mic Power 2 300mA Power 1 300mA Video (CVBS) RCA E TTL board 7. Schließen Sie die Kabel und Stecker des Rückfahrkamera Hauptkabelbaums an die dafür vorgesehenen Kabel und Stecker des Geräts. Für Strom, RCA-Videosignal Signal und die MV-Datenleitung bietet das ZENEC Gerät einen direkten System "Anschlussblock E" mit geschalteten Stromausgängen (siehe Einbauanleitung der ZENEC Head Unit). 8 8. Führen Sie einen Kamerafunktionstest durch prüfen Sie auch die Funktion der 3. Bremsleuchte. Richten Sie den Kamerasensor manuell auf das gewünschte Sichtfeld aus. Der Einbau und die Einstellung sind abgeschlossen.
