Wrap the Security Cable around a secure stationary object (i.e., a desk leg or table frame) and pull the Laptop Lock through the loop on the Security Cable. (Figure 1) Components 1 Lock Tip 2 Lock Spacer 3 Key Lock 4 Security Cable 5 Pivot Point Function · Secures the Laptop Cable Lock to a compatible Security Slot · Prevents the Lock Head from scratching the Secured Device and improves the fitting on the Security Slot · Insert one of the included Keys and to Unlock or Lock · Used to secure a Device to a stationary object · Enables the Security Cable to Pivot 180° Figure 1 2. Insert the Key in the Key Lock. Push and Turn the Key Clockwise. 3. Insert the Lock Tip into a compatible Security Slot. 4. Turn the Key Counter-Clockwise and remove the Key. Unlocking a Device 1. Insert the Key into the Key Lock. Push and Turn the Key Clockwise. 2. Pull the Lock Tip out of the Security Slot. 3. Turn the Key Counterclockwise and remove the Key.
