Applications

Stud screw for easy attachment of pipe clamps directly to the substrate using plugs with TX drive.
Direct connection to wooden surfaces without plugs using a wooden thread.
For use in dry indoor areas.

Advantages

Fixing with a nylon plug to brick or direct into timber construction is simple with the torx drive or the integrated hexagon.
Different thread lengths and diameters allow a wide range of applications.

Properties

Material: Steel 4.6 according to DIN EN ISO 898-1.
Zinc plating: Electro zinc-plated.

Installation STST

The installation process for the STST stud screw involves the following steps:

Drill a hole into the substrate using an appropriate drill bit.
Insert a nylon plug into the drilled hole.
Screw the stud screw into the plug using a TX star drive tool or the integrated hexagon drive.
Attach a pipe clamp to the stud screw.
The final assembly secures the pipe clamp to the substrate via the stud screw.
