The YYK-520 is a wireless business headset. Key components include the MFB (Multi-Function Button), Switch, Volume +/-, Ear Cap, Charging Point, and Battery Level Indicator on the charging bin.
Wireless Pairing
To pair the headset:
- Ensure the headset is off. Press and hold the multifunction key (MFB) for approximately 3 seconds until the blue light flashes once, then the red and blue lights flash alternately, indicating pairing mode.
- On your mobile phone or other wireless device, enable the Wireless function and search for nearby devices.
- Select "YYK-520" from the list of found devices. If prompted, enter the password "0000" (though most devices do not require a password).
- Once pairing is successful, the headset indicator light will turn off. You can now make calls and listen to music.
Pairing with PC/Laptop:
- On your computer, go to Settings > Devices > Wireless & other devices.
- Initiate Wireless pairing and add a new Wireless device.
- Search for "YYK-520" and pair/connect.
- Note: If your computer lacks Wireless functionality, insert a Wireless adapter and install the necessary driver.
Pairing with Echo (Alexa):
- Open the Alexa App.
- Go to Settings > Add New Devices > Wireless > Pairing New Devices.
- Search for devices, select "YYK-520", and pair/connect.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off:
- Automatic: Remove earbuds from the charging bin to turn on automatically. Place earbuds back into the charging bin to turn off and recharge automatically.
- Manual: Press and hold the MFB button to turn on/off.
Music Control:
- Play/Pause: Click the MFB button.
- Next Song: Long press the Volume + button for 1 second.
- Previous Song: Long press the Volume - button for 1 second.
- Volume Up: Click the Volume + button.
- Volume Down: Click the Volume - button.
Call Control:
- Answer/Hang Up Call: Click the MFB button.
- Refuse Call: Double-click the MFB button.
- Cancel Call (during call): Click the MFB button.
- Third-Party Call Handover: Click the MFB button.
- Microphone Mute/Unmute: Long press the MFB button until a beep is heard.
- End Current Call and Switch to Third-Party Call: Double-click the MFB button.
- Continue Current Call and End Third-Party Call: Triple-click the MFB button.
Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant):
- Activate: Long press the MFB button for 1 second.
- Deactivate: Click the MFB button.
How to Reset
With the headset off, press and hold the power/MFB key for 8 seconds. Place the headset into the charging compartment; it will automatically turn off and begin charging. Removing it will turn it on, completing the reset.
Recharging Instructions
Recharging Earbuds: Place the earbuds in the charging bin. The headset indicator light will turn red while charging and turn off when fully charged.
Recharging Charging Bin: Use a mobile phone adapter or a Type-C cable connected to a computer or other charger. The digital display on the charging bin shows the recharging progress, with 100% indicating a full charge.

Waterproof Specification
Suitable for daily activities such as sweating, raining, and face-washing. Not suitable for swimming or diving as Wireless signals cannot transmit underwater.
Mobile Phone Transmission Range
The transmission distance is typically up to 10m. Signal transmission is normal within this range but may be interrupted beyond it.
Troubleshooting
Why cannot I detect Wireless?
- Ensure the Wireless range is within 10m and free of obstacles. Keep the mobile phone close to the earbuds.
- Disconnect from other devices if already paired.
- Reboot the Wireless device and reset the earbuds.

- Clean the earbud charging points with alcohol or cloth if stained with dust or sweat.
- Wipe sweat from earbuds before placing them in the charging bin.
Why do the earbuds turn off automatically?
- Ensure sufficient battery level.
- Earbuds automatically disconnect Wireless after 10 minutes of inactivity. Place them back in the charging bin to restart.
Why cannot I recharge the charging bin?
- Ensure the charging cable and mobile phone charger are in good condition and properly connected.
- Ensure the earbuds are properly connected to the charging points in the charging bin.
- Clean the earbud charging points with alcohol or cloth if stained with dust or sweat.
- Wipe sweat from earbuds before placing them in the charging bin.
- Recharge when the "Battery Low" prompt appears. Recharge the charging bin when the LED display shows "10". Avoid fully depleting the battery of earbuds and charging bin to prolong battery life.
Safety Precautions
- Keep away from high temperature, high humidity, and corrosive environments.
- Avoid bumping, falling, bending, or soaking.
- Do not disassemble the earbuds or charging bin.
- Do not overcharge for extended periods.
- Stop using if discomfort or pain occurs.
- Use certified DC 5V-1A adapters.
- Repeated charging and discharging will naturally reduce battery performance over time.
