Room Thermostat Operation of the ClimaRad S-Fan+ The ClimaRad S-Fan+ achieves optimal air quality through ventilation combined with heating. This unit can be used in two different ways: Ventilate Only, and Heat and Ventilate. ! Please note! The air supply opening must always remain open and unimpeded! Operation ClimaRad S-Fan+ The ClimaRad S-Fan+ can be operated with the control panel on the bottom of the unit. No room thermostat is present. ClimaRad S-Fan+ comfort heating AUTO Control panel filter manual 2022.001 Function keys ventilate AUTO Automatic control. Room ventilation is automatically controlled by your ClimaRad SFan+, which ventilates based on CO measurement and RV. Press 2 to switch off the heating function. Manual: manual ventilation with outside air: You can set your desired ventilation speed using the + and - buttons on your control panel. After a period of 4 hours, the ClimaRad S-Fan+ switches back to automatic control. Use this function in summer, for example, when you want to lower the temperature in your heated room by a few degrees at night (summer night ventilation). Pause/Off. Use this function if you (temporarily) do not want to ventilate and/or heat. After a period of 2 hours, the ClimaRad S-Fan+ switches back to automatic ventilation control. Press the button for 5 seconds to switch off the unit. In emergencies, you can use this function to switch off the device. AUTO AUTO Comfort mode. The ClimaRad S-Fan+ preheats the outside air to 12ºC for a period of 8 hours. Air quality. Increase or decrease the desired air quality. Function keys heating and ventilation Heating. The ClimaRad S-Fan+ starts heating the room when you activate this function. After a period of 4 hours, the ClimaRad S-Fan+ switches back to automatic ventilation control. The + and - buttons on your control panel can be used to select the duration. 1 2 4 6 10 hour Heating rate. Increase or decrease fan speed to heat faster or slower. Child lock. The child lock is enabled when you press and hold the three buttons for 4 seconds (when the heating mode is on). Messages Switch off Child lock. The child lock is switched on. Press and hold the three buttons for 4 seconds to switch it off. Malfunction. A malfunction has occurred. Contact your technician or housing corporation. Press 4 seconds simultaneously Dirty filter. Replace the air filter or contact your technician or housing corporation. After replacement, press and hold the + and buttons for 6 seconds. Press for 6 seconds Pairing. The ClimaRad S-Fan+ can be linked to other ClimaRad products. Press the buttons briefly and simultaneously.
