Authorization Statement

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has completed the investigation for the specified products and confirmed their compliance with UL requirements. This letter serves as authorization for FSP Group Inc. to apply the UL Mark at factory locations identified in UL File E190414, Volume 8. A copy of this letter must be sent to all authorized manufacturing locations.

Products bearing the UL Mark must be identical to those submitted for evaluation and certification and must comply with the Follow-Up Services Procedure. Information regarding responsibilities of the Applicant and Manufacturer can be found at https://www.ul.com/fus.
