Interior design options include fabric, fabric/vegan leather, and vegan leather upholstery. Seat features can range from manual height adjustment to electric adjustment with memory and lumbar support. Ambient lighting, metal interior trim finishes, and a digital clock are also available. The dashboard and door panel trims vary by trim level.

Packs and Options

Several optional packs are available to enhance the EV4's features:

• Pack EV Tech: Includes V2X preparation, V2L function, and a 230V adapter. Requires the 'Heat Pump' option.
• Pack Drive: Adds Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2.0 (FCA 2.0), Highway Driving Assist II (HDA II), and Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) with Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) and Safe Exit Warning (SEW).
• Pack Advanced Drive: Includes Surround View Monitor (SVM), Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist (PCA), Remote Smart Park Assist (RSPA), Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM), FCA 2.0, and HDA II.

Warranty and Updates

Kia offers a 7-year manufacturer warranty or 150,000 kilometers (whichever comes first, with unlimited mileage for the first 3 years). The 7 Year Map Update program provides annual navigation map updates for 7 years from the vehicle's delivery date.
