Installation Overview

Installation Notes
- No drilling required.
- Lower the spare tire and exhaust system to facilitate installation.
- Remove and re-install the heat shield as necessary.
Installation Steps
- Remove the muffler hanger to allow the exhaust to drop down. Remove the spare tire and muffler heat shield to ease installation. Note: Retain heat shields and hardware for re-installation.
- Raise the hitch into position between the frame rails and install fasteners as shown in the diagrams.
- Torque all 14mm fasteners to 101 lb-ft.
- Re-install the heat shield and spare tire (if removed), and re-attach the muffler hangers.

PERIODICALLY CHECK THIS RECEIVER HITCH TO ENSURE THAT ALL FASTENERS ARE TIGHT AND THAT ALL STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ARE SOUND.
