Step 1: Prepare Sliding Mechanism

You will need: Part N (300x35mm, 4 pcs).

Note: Part N comes pre-assembled for shipping and must be disassembled. 1. Extend the slider bracket all the way forward. 2. Press the plastic release lever of the slider arm up and pull the slider bracket completely out. 3. Decide whether to remove the damping according to your actual usage habits.

Step 2: Attach Support Panels to Base

You will need: Part N (300x35mm, 4 pcs), Hardware G (6.2x3x12mm, 8 pcs).

Locate the holes from the back of Part N. Install Part N from the front of Part N, securing with Hardware G. Repeat for all four Part N pieces, ensuring they are oriented correctly with the 'Front' label facing forward.

Step 3: Attach Drawer Slide Rails

You will need: Hardware D (M5x40mm Bolt, 4 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 4 pcs).

Attach Part 11 and Part 12 to the designated positions on the main structure using Hardware D and C.

Step 4: Attach Drawer Slide Rails

You will need: Hardware D (M5x40mm Bolt, 2 pcs).

Attach Part 16 to the designated position on the main structure using Hardware D.

Step 5: Attach Drawer Slide Rails

You will need: Hardware D (M5x40mm Bolt, 8 pcs).

Attach Part 13 to the designated positions on the main structure using Hardware D.

Step 6: Assemble Drawer Box Sides

You will need: Hardware B (6x35mm Screw, 8 pcs).

Attach Drawer Side Left (Part 10) and Drawer Side Right (Part 11) to Drawer Back (Part 12) using Hardware B.

Step 7: Assemble Drawer Box Sides

You will need: Hardware B (6x35mm Screw, 6 pcs), Part Q (40x40mm Support Block, 2 pcs).

Attach Drawer Side Left (Part 10) and Drawer Side Right (Part 11) to Drawer Back (Part 12) using Hardware B and securing with Part Q.

Step 8: Attach Drawer Front

You will need: Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 4 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 4 pcs).

Attach Drawer Front (Part 9) to the assembled drawer sides (Parts 10, 11) using Hardware A and C. Ensure correct orientation.

Step 9: Attach Drawer Slide Rail

You will need: Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 5 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 4 pcs).

Attach the drawer slide rail (Part 14) to the assembled drawer box using Hardware A and C. Ensure it is flush and correctly aligned.

Step 10: Attach Drawer Slide Rail

You will need: Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 5 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 4 pcs).

Attach the drawer slide rail (Part 16) to the assembled drawer box using Hardware A and C. Ensure it is flush and correctly aligned.

Step 11: Install Drawer Slide Rails and Power Connector

You will need: Hardware G (6.2x3x12mm Screw, 2 pcs), Hardware H (Power Connector, 1 pc).

Attach the drawer slide rails (Parts 15) to the main cabinet structure using Hardware G. Install the power connector (H) in its designated location.

Step 13: Assemble Drawer Box

You will need: Hardware B (6x35mm Screw, 8 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 4 pcs), Part Q (40x40mm Support Block, 2 pcs).

Assemble the drawer box components (Parts 5, 9, Q) using Hardware B and C.

Step 14: Assemble Drawer Box

You will need: Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 4 pcs), Hardware B (6x35mm Screw, 2 pcs), Part Q (40x40mm Support Block, 2 pcs).

Assemble the drawer box components (Parts 6, 9, Q) using Hardware A and B.

Step 15: Attach Drawer Slide Rail

You will need: Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 6 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 4 pcs).

Attach the drawer slide rail (Part 9) to the drawer box assembly using Hardware A and C.

Step 16: Attach Drawer Slide Rail

You will need: Hardware B (6x35mm Screw, 11 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 4 pcs), Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 1 pc).

Attach the drawer slide rail (Part 9) to the drawer box assembly using Hardware B, C, and A.

Step 17: Attach Drawer Slide Rail

You will need: Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 11 pcs), Hardware C (6x30mm Screw, 10 pcs).

Attach the drawer slide rail (Part 1) to the drawer box assembly using Hardware A and C.

Step 18: Install Gas Springs

You will need: Hardware K (M4x10mm Screw, 6 pcs), Hardware I (100N Gas Spring, 2 pcs).

Locate the holes from the back of Part I (Gas Spring bracket). Install the gas springs (I) from the front, attaching them to the main structure (Parts 7 and 13) using Hardware K.

Step 19: Attach Support Components

You will need: Hardware K (M4x10mm Screw, 16 pcs), Part R (Unspecified, 1 pc), Part L (20x20mm Dowel, 8 pcs).

Attach Part R and Part L to the designated locations using Hardware K.

Step 20: Attach Drawer Components

You will need: Hardware J (M6x17mm Screw, 8 pcs).

Attach Drawer Side Left (Part 10) and Drawer Side Right (Part 11) to Drawer Back (Part 12) using Hardware J.

Step 21: Attach Drawer Base

You will need: Hardware B (6x35mm Screw, 8 pcs).

Attach Drawer Base (Part 17) to the assembled drawer box using Hardware B.

Step 22: Attach Drawer Bottom

You will need: Hardware A (15x9mm Screw, 8 pcs).

Attach Drawer Bottom (Part 21) to the assembled drawer box using Hardware A. Ensure correct orientation and secure with screws.

Step 23: Attach Support Panels

You will need: Hardware F (M4x30mm Screw, 8 pcs), Part N (300x35mm Support Panel, 4 pcs), Hardware G (6.2x3x12mm Screw, 2 pcs), Part M (M4x15mm Screw, 2 pcs), Part L (20x20mm Dowel, 2 pcs).

Attach Part N and other components to the main structure using Hardware F, G, M, and L.

Step 24: Install Ball Bearing Slots

You will need: Hardware E (21x1mm Washer, 6 pcs), Part L (20x20mm Dowel, 2 pcs), Hardware G (6.2x3x12mm Screw, 2 pcs), Part N (300x35mm Support Panel, 1 pc).

Insert the washers (E) into the designated slots on the underside of the tabletop. Locate the holes on the back of Part N. Attach Part N to the tabletop from the front, using Part L (Dowel) and Hardware G (Screw) to secure it.

Operation Instructions

To lift the table: Move 50cm away from the panel, bend down, hold both sides of the table, and pull the table upward.

To close the countertop: Push the upper sides of the countertop toward the cabinet and press them down. Do not put your hands on the bottom of the countertop to avoid clamping your hands when the countertop is closed.
