Q1: What should I do if the screen displays "no signal" after connecting?

A1: It's important to ensure that you have selected the correct signal source [HDMI], [AV], or [USB] after connecting your device to the video projector. If you encounter the "no signal" message initially, you can press the [Back] button on the remote control to return to the main menu and reselect the appropriate signal source. Q2: Why is there video but No Sound when playing a video?

A2: First, please verify if the audio of the source material is working properly. Additionally, please note that our Y3 projector does not support Dolby audio. If there is no sound, please check if Dolby audio effects are disabled. Furthermore, certain files encoded with Dolby/AC3/DTS may be restricted due to copyright issues, resulting in no audio playback.

Q3: Why can't I mirror my phone even after connecting an HDMI adapter?

A3:

• Please ensure that all ports are connected correctly and securely.
• Please check if the adapter is powered on. (Some adapters require additional power supply.)
• If you have an iPhone, please verify that you are using an Apple Store-certified Lightning to HDMI adapter. Unauthorized adapters often fail to connect or lose the signal.
• If you have an Android phone, go to the phone settings and enable "USB debugging" in the developer options.
• If you are still unable to connect, please perform the following tests: Connect the projector to an HDMI-compatible device such as a laptop using an HDMI cable. If the connection is successful, then the issue lies with your adapter. Please check your adapter or contact the seller for assistance.

Q4: Why can't mirror Netflix/Hulu/Prime Video from my phone?

A4: Please note that due to copyright protection, some streaming platforms do not support screen mirroring. You can connect a streaming stick such as Fire TV Stick or Roku Stick to the projector via the HDMI port, or use an HDMI cable to connect your PC/laptop for playback on the projector.

Q5: What should I do if there are black dots on the screen?

A5: As projectors are not fully sealed, it is common for dust to enter the lens through ventilation vents or speakers. You can remove the sticker at the bottom center of the projector, then open the black cover and clean it with a cotton swab. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team for a cleaning video.

Q6: The projector suddenly turned off by itself, what should I do?

A6: Automatic shutdown is usually caused by the self-protection mechanism triggered by overheating. ?️

• Please check if the power indicator lights up when the projector is plugged in. If not, you can try using a different power cable or a different power outlet to check the connection and socket.
• Check if there are any obstructions blocking the projector's exhaust vent. If the vent is blocked, the machine may not be able to dissipate heat properly, leading to shutdown.
• It is recommended to turn off the projector and let it cool down for a while before trying to restart.

Q7: The remote control is not functioning ?️

• Replace the batteries in the remote control.
• Check for any obstructions between the remote control and the projector.
• Make sure the remote control is within the operating range of the projector.

Q8: Blurry projection image ?️

A8: Slight edge blurring is a normal phenomenon in current LCD projectors.

If you are experiencing abnormal blurriness, please try the following:

• Ensure that the projector body is perpendicular to the screen/wall (align the lens parallel to the projection screen).
• Adjust the keystone correction wheel to make the projected image rectangular.
• Properly adjust the focus wheel to make the central area of the projection clear.
• The projector has a recommended projection distance, and it is recommended to view it from a distance of 1.5-2.2 meters. Please keep the projector and the screen within the recommended projection distance.
• Please use the projector in a sufficiently dark environment.
