Sliding Roller with Soft Closing Pulley - Installation Procedure

1. Door Slotting Dimensions

Note: When this product is used for external installation, no cutting or grooving is needed on the door panel.

Dimensions:

• Minimum edge distance: ≥150
• Groove depth: 12 mm
• Groove width: 60 mm
• Distance from edge: 148 mm

2. Gate Slotting Dimensions

Concealed Installation:

• W1 (outer door thickness) + 9 mm
• Groove depth: 12+1 mm
• Groove width: W2+19 mm
• Groove depth: 15±0.2 mm

External Installation:

• W1 (outer door thickness) + 8.5 mm
• Groove depth: 12+1 mm
• Groove width: W2+19 mm
• Groove depth: 15±0.2 mm

(Remark: W₁ is outer door thickness, W₂ is inner door thickness)

3. Upper Pulley Installation

Install the upper pulleys onto the door panel.

4. Lower Pulley Installation

Install the lower pulleys onto the door panel.

5. Buffer Enters Orbit Installation

Insert the buffer into the aluminum track.

6. Ending Cap Installation

Install the ending cap onto the aluminum track.

7. The Track is Fitted into the Door Groove

Fit the aluminum track into the door groove.
