INSTRUCTIONS
Driven Elements overall length: 105 inches
Reflector Elements overall length: 109 inches
MOUNTING PROCEDURE
- Insert (3) Driven Elements into (3) Center Elements; overall length should be 105 inches.
- Place $1/2$ inch clamp over the assembly position and tighten.
- Use elements with plastic caps on Vertical position only.
- Repeat the above steps for the Reflector Element Assemblies. The overall length should be (3) Driven Elements and (3) Center Elements 105 inches; (3) Reflector Elements and (3) Center Elements 109 inches.
- Place Element Adapter Rings on Boom and position as to spacings on diagram.
- Fourteen #4 x 3/8 (small) metal screws furnished should be used on Element Assemblies to secure a permanent installation.

Diagram Description
The main diagram illustrates the G21 Beam Antenna assembly. It shows two main elements: the Driven Element with an overall length of 105 inches and the Reflector Element with an overall length of 109 inches. Detail A provides a close-up of the adapter ring assembly, showing thumbscrews and 2x 10-32 screws with star lock washers securing the elements. Detail B shows a close-up of the element attachment to the boom, secured by #4 x 3/8 metal screws. The diagram also indicates a 20" vertical gamma match and a 15" horizontal gamma match. It notes that the length of all elements should be measured from the base of each element. Arrows indicate the front of the beam, with additional power boosters on this end.
ASSEMBLY OF 10 / 11 METER VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL GAMMA MATCH
The second diagram shows the assembly of the gamma matches. It labels components like F-1 (Gamma connecting bracket), G-1 (Horizontal Gamma Match tube), B-1 (center section), A-1 (base mount), and H-1 (Gamma Plates). A plastic cap is shown for the top of an element. D-1 is identified as an 8-inch tube used for the Vertical Gamma Match only. Dimensions are provided: 15 inches for the Horizontal Gamma Match from the insulator, and 10 1/2 inches and 6 1/2 inches marked on the vertical assembly. D-1 is shown with a length of 11 inches. M359 right angle connector can be used for convenience (not furnished).
Assembly Instructions:
- Assemble Gamma Matches per diagram.
- Use 8-inch 3/8 tube connector (G-1) for Horizontal Gamma Match.
- Use 11-inch 3/8 tube connector (D-1) for Vertical Gamma Match.
- Overall length of Horizontal Gamma Match from Insulator is approximately 15 inches.
- Overall length of Vertical Gamma Match from Insulator is approximately 20 inches.
- Note: Adjust both upper section G-1 and center section B-1 of Gamma Match for best SWR.
- Also, F-1 Gamma Connector Bracket may be adjusted for best SWR.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Charles Electronics, LLC warrants, under normal use and service, all products manufactured by it to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to the first consumer (the Warranty Period). Charles Electronics, LLC's obligation under this Warranty is limited to prompt repair or replacement of the product, at its option, without charge, when the product is returned to an authorized Charles Electronics, LLC dealer or the factory with all transportation charges prepaid. This Warranty shall not apply to any product which has been repaired or altered in any manner by anyone other than Charles Electronics, LLC or an authorized outlet, or if the defect, malfunction, or failure was caused by damage (not resulting from defect or malfunction) while in the possession of the consumer, or from unreasonable use, or from improper installation or application, or to any product which has not been maintained or used in accordance with the operating specifications set forth in Charles Electronics, LLC written instructions. Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose are limited in duration to the ninety-day Warranty Period specified above. Under no circumstances shall Charles Electronics, LLC be liable for consequential damages for breach of this warranty or of any implied warranty. Charles Electronics, LLC neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any obligation or liability other than as herein expressly stated.
