Attention

Bluetooth has a distance of about 10 meters in an accessible space. The headphones undergo strict quality testing before leaving the factory. Occasionally, signal lag may be related to the usage environment, such as when there are many wireless signals in the surrounding environment or when there are obstructions blocking the signal. It is suggested to try a different environment or location.

Charging Instruction

  1. When the earphone battery is low, a low battery warning sound will be heard. Please put the earphone into the charging compartment to charge. The white light on the earphone will remain on during charging and turn off when fully charged.
  2. When the battery level of the LED display screen in the charging compartment is low, please charge it in time. When fully charged, it will display 100.
  3. This product is not sold with an adapter. Consumers should use a charging device with an output voltage of DC 5V/1A when charging. Do not use fast charging chargers to avoid excessive battery load and damage the battery.
  4. When there are foreign objects or poor contact in the charging interface, please gently wipe and clean the headphone charging interface with a cotton swab, and also wipe the corresponding charging case top pin contact point.
