Assembly
-
Attach Stabilizers to Main Frame
Remove steel tube and fixation parts from the mainframe. Attach the front and rear stabilizers, ensuring the transport wheels on the front stabilizer point forward. This step involves using hardware such as M8 x 20 bolts and nuts (e.g., part #25, #26, #29).
-
Install Handlebar and Display Backrest
Connect the meter cable before attaching the handlebar and display backrest. Ensure cable connectors (a) and (b) are properly seated and locked, and do not crimp the cable. First, fix the meter post (7), then attach the handlebar (10), ensuring correct orientation.
-
Install Display
Connect the display cables, ensuring they are not crimped. Push any excess wire into the display backrest. This involves connecting wires, potentially labeled BLUE and WHITE, to the display unit.
-
Attach Saddle to Saddle Post
Securely attach the saddle (34) to the saddle post (32) using the provided multi-function wrench.
-
Install Pedals
Attach the pedals to the crank arms. Note that the Left Pedal is reverse-threaded and is marked with "L", while the Right Pedal is marked with "R". Orientation is from a seated position on the bike.
-
Connect Power Cord
Connect the power cord to the machine.
Final Inspection
- Ensure the machine is fully assembled and inspected for correct performance as per the Owner's Manual.
- Inspect the machine to ensure all hardware is tight and components are properly assembled.
Moving the Machine
- Remove the power cord.
- Use the Transport Handle to carefully lift the machine onto the transport rollers.
- Push the machine into position.
- Carefully lower the machine into position.
Note: Moving the machine may require one or more people depending on physical abilities. Ensure all individuals are physically fit and able to move the machine safely.
Leveling the Machine
If the workout area is uneven or the Rail Assembly is slightly off the floor, the machine needs leveling.
- Place the machine in your workout area.
- Stand on the back of the Rail Assembly for approximately 20 seconds.
- Step off the machine.
- Loosen the locking nuts and adjust the levelers until they all contact the floor.
- Adjust until the machine is level. Tighten the locking nuts.
Note: Do not adjust levelers so high that they detach or unscrew. Ensure the machine is level and stable before exercising.
Open the Chain Cover
To open the chain cover:
- Get a slotted screwdriver and a cross screwdriver.
- Find the hole on the bottom of the chain cover and insert the slotted screwdriver.
- Hold the handlebar of the slotted screwdriver and pull the plate open slightly.
- Remove all screws using the cross screwdriver.

Work-Out Tips
- Always perform stretching exercises before and after your workout.
- Start slowly to avoid injuries.
- Allow extra recovery days if sore or tired.
- Begin with two or three 15-minute sessions per week with rest days in between.
- Warm-up for 5-10 minutes with gentle movements and stretching. The machine primarily works thigh and calf muscles.
- Gradually increase pace and resistance. Exercise for as long as you can, increasing duration over time.
- End workouts with a 5-minute cool-down at low resistance and stretch muscles to prevent injury.
- Increase workout time weekly until you can work continuously for 30 minutes.
- Focus on endurance and conditioning in the first few weeks, not distance or pace.
How Hard Should You Work?
- Stay within your Target Heart Rate (THR) zone during exercise.
- The THR table provides age-specific guidance, but actual performance depends on fitness and health.
- Be aware of your body's signals. Stop if you feel dizzy or light-headed. Increase intensity if you are not sweating.
Stretching Guide
Tips for Stretching
- Begin with gradual mobility exercises for all joints to lubricate them.
- Always warm up the body before stretching to increase blood flow and muscle suppleness.
- Start with legs and work upwards.
- Hold each stretch for at least 10-30 seconds, repeating 2-3 times.
- Do not stretch to the point of pain; ease off if needed.
- Stretch gradually and relaxed; do not bounce.
- Do not hold your breath during a stretch.
- Stretch at least three times a week to maintain flexibility.
Specific Stretches
Thigh Stretch
Stand on one leg, hold the opposite ankle, drawing the foot up behind the hips. Keep the back straight and knees together. Use a wall for balance if needed. Hold for about 10 seconds. Repeat for the other leg.
Hamstring Stretch
Keep the front leg straight, place hands on the bent leg (thigh). Push down and out to feel the stretch in the back of the knee or straight leg. Keep knees unlocked and back straight. Hold for about 10 seconds. Repeat for the other leg.
Calf Stretch
Stand with the back foot flat on the floor, transfer weight to the front foot. Hold for about 10 seconds. Repeat for the other leg. Keep the back and rear leg straight.
Inner Thigh Stretch
Sit with soles of feet together, knees outward. Pull feet toward the groin area as far as possible. Hold for about 10 seconds.
