Charging

Please use the original charging cable. Fast charging is prohibited.

The charging case displays the remaining battery level. The charging case takes 1.5-2 hours to fully charge.

Troubleshooting

If any of the following conditions occur while using this product, it can be resolved independently:

1. Left & Right Earbud Cannot Pair with Each Other

Solution:

1. Take out both earbuds from the charging case. The earbuds will flash red and blue alternately.
2. If there are two Bluetooth names of 'M73-ENC' on your phone's notification list, delete the connection record 'M73-ENC' from your phone's connection list or other Bluetooth devices.
3. Turn off both earbuds. Click the right earbud quickly 5 times. Both earbuds will flash blue slowly, indicating they have paired with each other successfully.
4. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and search for 'M73-ENC' to connect.

2. Only One Earbud Working

Solution:

1. Delete the connection record 'M73-ENC' displayed in the connection list of your phone or other Bluetooth devices.
2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the case, and then take out the earbuds again. The earbuds will flash red and blue alternately.
3. If the earbuds flash blue slowly, they have paired successfully. Then, connect to your phone's Bluetooth.

3. Earbuds Cannot Be Connected with Mobile

Solution:

1. Turn off the earbuds and turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile device. Then, turn on the earbuds and turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device. Search for the Bluetooth name 'M73-ENC' to connect.
2. If the earbuds have been connected by the mobile before, then you need to search for 'M73-ENC' in the Bluetooth list and connect.
3. Delete the Bluetooth connection record from your mobile device, then search for 'M73-ENC' to connect.

Functions

Single Mode / Functions

Step 1: Take out any one of the earbuds from the charging case.

Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth on your device. Search for 'M73-ENC' and connect.

Twin Mode

Step 1: Take out two earbuds out of the package.

Step 2: Put both earbuds in the charging case, and charge the case for 30 minutes, then go to step 3.

Step 3: Open the charging case. The earbuds will flash blue and red light slowly after 3-5 seconds. Please click the Right earbud slowly until it flashes blue light slowly.

Step 4: Turn on the Bluetooth on your device and search for 'M73-ENC' to connect.

Touch Control Functions

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any of the following situations during use, you can handle them independently:

1. Left and Right Earbuds Cannot Pair:
