Exchange Information

The exchange process is conducted in collaboration with Manak Waste Management Pvt. Ltd. (“Cashify”). The evaluation and exchange of your old smartphone device are subject to Cashify's terms and conditions, available at Cashify Terms of Use and Cashify Terms & Conditions. Exchanges can be performed on the "Samsung Shop".

Important Information:

1. Provide accurate information regarding the screen condition and availability of accessories for your old smartphone. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation or rejection of the Exchange Offer, forfeiting any exchange value or benefits.
2. The displayed Exchange Price is the Maximum Price, subject to physical verification at the time of exchange.
3. The condition of the screen and accessories declared will be verified during the exchange. Any mismatch may result in cancellation or rejection of the transaction.
4. Mandatory checks on the Cashify Diagnose App must pass, and the used phone must be in working condition without significant scratches, cracks, or dents. Failure to meet these criteria may lead to cancellation or requoting of the exchange device, or cancellation of the main order. A cancellation fee may be levied in such cases.
5. For "Deferred Exchange", customers must complete the purchase with full payment. After delivery, payment details for the exchange value will be sent via email/SMS by Cashify. Customers must update payment details within three (03) days of receiving the link. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the exchange transaction, with no refund or claims entertained.
6. A government-approved Photo ID (PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID Card) is required at the time of exchange.

Additional Exchange Offer: An additional ₹3000 on Upgrade Offer is provided by Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion. If your exchange is rejected for any reason, you will not be eligible for this additional value. This offer is valid on Samsung.com and select pin codes from July 4, 2025, to August 3, 2025. It is valid in addition to the existing Upgrade Program and applies to select smartphone devices listed in the Annexure.

Samsung reserves the right to withdraw, extend, annul, or modify the offer at any time without prior notice. This offer cannot be clubbed with other offers or NBFC EMIs unless specified. By proceeding, you confirm understanding and agreement to complete the exchange in an authorized manner.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
