Installation in a host device must adhere to the following conditions:

• Only for use in limb devices or devices separated from the human body by more than 15mm.

The modular transmitter is authorized under specific FCC rule parts. The host product manufacturer is responsible for compliance with any other FCC rules applicable to the host device not covered by the modular transmitter grant.
