Attention: install the bed legs after the bed frame is laid flat/ leveled.

1# Remote Control
After installing the batteries, press the remote control to see if the light is on
Normal Situation
Abnormal Situation and Treatment
The light is on.
If the light is off, contact us for a replacement of remote control.
2# Pairing
Press PAIR buttons at the same time for 5 seconds for pairing
The backlight of the remote is flashing, and then the remote control can activate the bed.
If pairing fails, unplug the power cord and wait for the green light t o turn off for 1 minute, then plug it in while pressing the PAIR button on the remote control for 5 seconds. If it still fails to pair, reach us for a replacement of remote control.
3# Child Lock
To ACTIVATE or DEACTIVATE the Child Lock Button on the remote
When the childlock is activated: It stops the unintended operation of the bed by children; When unlocking the childlock: The adjustment functions of the bed are restored, enabling normal operation.
When the remote control is working properly but cannot control the bed, try to press and hold the CHILDLOCK for 5 seconds to restore.
4# Power Supply & Control Box
Plug in the power supply to see if the green lights of the power supply and the control box are on (see Figure1, Figure2)
The lights are on.
If not on, let us know which one is off and contact us for corresponding replacements.

5# Spare Space between Headboard Bracket and Mattress
Raise and lower the head and foot to check if the adjustment is smooth.
The adjustment goes smoothly without obstruction.
Headboard may be too close to the edge of the mattress. Verify that there is enough space between the headboard brackets and mattress.
6# Emergency Power Down
The bed can be flattened using the remote control.
If the bed stuck in a position , follow these steps to return it to the flat position for normal use. First, locate the control box under the bed. Press and hold the 'PAIR' button until the bed is flat (See Figure 3).
