Charge
The Between Pro earbuds arrive with some charge, but it is highly recommended to charge them to 100% before initial use.
To charge, place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.
On the backside of the charging case, there is a USB-C input. Connect one end of the provided USB-C cable to the case and the other end to a power source (e.g., wall charger, computer, USB port).
Important: Please use the USB-C cable provided by Status Audio. Not all USB-C cables are compatible due to varying charging standards. If using a third-party charger, ensure it connects via a USB-A port.
Charging status is indicated by LED lights on the front of the case: a blinking light signifies charging, and charging is complete when all 3 LED lights illuminate a solid blue color.
Operate
Open the charging case and remove the earbuds. They will automatically enter "pairing" mode, ready to connect to your device.
You will observe a flashing red and blue light on the top of the earbuds indicating pairing mode.
If the earbuds are already in your ears, you will hear voice updates such as "power on", battery status (low, medium, high), and Bluetooth connection status.
To connect, navigate to the Bluetooth menu on your device. "Between Pro" should appear in the list. If not, wait 5-10 seconds. If it still doesn't appear, try turning your device's Bluetooth off and then back on.
The Between Pro can connect to any Bluetooth-enabled device, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and televisions.
More on Bluetooth Pairing
Bluetooth pairing can sometimes be complex. This guide will help you through it.
First thing to know: Once successfully paired with a device (like a smartphone or computer), the Between Pro will remember it permanently. They will automatically pair when the charging case is opened, provided the device is powered on and within range.
Are you still having problems? Pairing procedures can vary by device. If you encounter issues, for example with a Samsung Galaxy S20, search online for specific instructions like: "Bluetooth pairing Samsung Galaxy S20".

Getting the right fit
The Between Pro are designed for a snug fit in your ears, creating an airtight seal that ensures they stay in place even during high-intensity movement.
This is how they should look: [Image of earbud correctly fitted in ear]
Status Audio includes 3 different sizes of silicon "fit-wings" to help you achieve the best fit:
- Size 1 (pre-installed)
- Size 2
- Size 3
If the initial fit with Size 1 is not secure enough, try a larger size.

Safety Information
Warning!
Continued exposure to loud noise (more than 85 decibels / 85 dBA) may cause gradual but permanent hearing damage.
Always set your audio source volume to a low level before placing the headphones on your ears. Gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level. Avoid listening at high volumes for extended periods.
Do not tamper with or disassemble the headphones, as this will void the warranty. Apart from removable ear-pads, there are no user-serviceable parts inside.
Be aware of your surroundings. Do not use headphones when it is unsafe to do so, such as while operating a vehicle, crossing the street, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention to your environment.
