[Freezer Parts Diagram]: A diagram illustrating the various parts of the chest freezer, numbered for identification.
The freezer maintains food freshness at low temperatures and is used for storing frozen food and making ice cubes. It is suitable for meat, fish, shrimp, and pastries not for short-term consumption. It is not suitable for bottled or sealed fluids. Consume food by its expiration date. Freezing speed depends on food quantity and ambient temperature. For large amounts of room-temperature food, set the temperature controller to maximum for 24 hours or use ice cubes. Divide large food items for proper freezing to prevent spoilage.
REMINDER
To maintain hinge longevity and prevent noise, apply lubricating oil regularly.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL PANEL

- "COOLING" is the refrigeration area; "FREEZING" is the frozen area.
- Turning the knob clockwise decreases the internal temperature.
- Turning the knob counterclockwise increases the internal temperature.
- "OFF" position turns off the freezer.
- Refer to the schematic diagram for the "recommended gear".
PLACEMENT OF THE FREEZER
- [Remove Packaging]: Before use, remove all packaging, including the base pad, foam cushion block, and adhesive tape. Tear off protective film on the door and case.
- Place the freezer in a well-ventilated indoor area on a flat, sturdy ground.
- [Ventilation and Spacing]: Select a location away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Avoid damp or watery areas to prevent rusting or weakening insulation. Ensure at least 28" / 70 cm top space and 8" / 20 cm clearance on sides and back for door opening and heat dissipation.
- [Initial Stand Time]: After transportation, let the freezer stand for at least 2 hours before connecting to power to prevent performance degradation or damage.

ENERGY SAVING TIPS
- Locate the appliance in the coolest area, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Let hot foods cool to room temperature before placing them in the appliance.
- Avoid overloading the appliance, as it forces the compressor to run longer.
- Foods that freeze too slowly may lose quality or spoil.
- Wrap foods properly and wipe containers dry before placing them inside to reduce frost build-up.
- Do not line the shelving basket with aluminum foil, wax paper, or paper toweling, as liners interfere with cold air circulation.
- Organize and label food to reduce door openings and searches. Remove needed items at once and close the door promptly.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
- Clean dust behind and around the freezer frequently to improve heat dissipation and save energy.
- Regularly inspect and clean the door seal with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water or diluted cleaning agent.
- Clean the interior regularly to avoid odors. Before cleaning, turn off power, remove all food, baskets, and containers.
- Use a soft cloth or sponge with a solution of two tablespoons of baking soda and one quart of warm water for the inner liner. Rinse with clean water and wipe dry. Leave the door open to dry naturally.
- For hard-to-clean areas, use soft cloths, brushes, or thin sticks.
- Do not use soaps, detergents, spray cleaners, hard hairbrushes, steel wire, abrasives, organic solvents, boiling water, or acidic/alkaline substances, as they can damage the surface and liner.
- Do not rinse directly with water or liquids to avoid short circuits or electrical insulation damage.

When defrosting and cleaning, unplug the power supply first.
DEFROST
Manual defrosting is required. Unplug the power, open the door, remove food/baskets. Open the drain and outlet holes, place a container for water. Allow ice/frost to melt naturally, then dry with a soft cloth. An ice shovel can speed up deicing once frost softens. Keep removed food in a cool place.
Do not use mechanical devices for acceleration other than manufacturer-recommended ones. The refrigeration circuit must not be damaged.
WHEN NOT IN USE
- POWER INTERRUPTIONS: During outages, reduce door openings and do not add fresh food. If prolonged, inspect and discard spoiled food. Clean before reuse.
- LONG ABSENCES: Empty and unplug the freezer. Clean and dry the interior thoroughly. Leave the door slightly open to prevent odor and mold growth.
- MOVING: Do not invert, transport horizontally, or vibrate the freezer. Maintain a tilt angle not exceeding 45°. Do not grab the door or hinge while moving.
Once activated, continuous use is recommended to preserve service life.
