Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Attach the four casters (2x Part 9, 2x Part 10) to the underside of the bottom panel (Part 8). Use sixteen M6x12 bolts (Hardware A) for this step. The diagram shows the bottom panel with four holes on each corner, where the casters are attached.

Step 2

Install the left side panel (Part 16) and the right side panel (Part 17) to the bottom panel (Part 8). Use six M5x10 bolts (Hardware B) for this step. The diagram shows the bottom panel with side panels being attached vertically.

Step 3

Assemble the cart's rear lower panel (Part 2) with the left side panel (Part 16), right side panel (Part 17), and bottom panel (Part 8). Use eight M5x10 bolts (Hardware B) for this step. The diagram shows the rear lower panel connecting the two side panels and the bottom panel.

Step 4

Assemble the cart's rear upper panel (Part 1) with the left side panel (Part 16) and right side panel (Part 17). Use four M5x10 bolts (Hardware B) for this step. The diagram shows the rear upper panel connecting the top of the side panels.

Step 5

Install the U mounting panel (Part 7), magnet assembly (Part 11), and cylinder lock down (Part 12) to the bottom panel (Part 8). Use eight M5x10 bolts (Hardware B) for this step. The diagram shows these components being attached to the inside of the bottom panel area.

Step 6

Install the door handles (Part 4) to the left door (Part 5) and right door (Part 6). Use four M4x6 bolts (Hardware E) for this step. The diagram shows handles being screwed onto the front of the doors.

Step 7

Place the left door (Part 5) and right door (Part 6) onto the bottom panel (Part 8), inserting the door pins into the corresponding holes on the bottom panel. Place the beam (Part 3) on top of the doors, aligning the door pins with the beam's holes. Use six M5x10 bolts (Hardware B) to secure the beam to the cart side panels (Parts 16 and 17). The diagram shows doors being hung and then the beam placed on top.

Step 8

Install the side shelf left bracket (Part 14) and side shelf right bracket (Part 15) to the cart left side panel (Part 16). Use six M6x12 countersunk screws (Hardware D) for this step. The diagram shows brackets being attached to the inner side of the left panel.

Step 9

Install the side shelf left bracket (Part 14) and side shelf right bracket (Part 15) to the cart right side panel (Part 17). Use six M6x12 countersunk screws (Hardware D) for this step. The diagram shows brackets being attached to the inner side of the right panel.

Step 10

Assemble the side shelves (Part 13) onto the installed brackets (Parts 14 and 15). The diagram shows the side shelves sliding or fitting into the brackets.

Step 11

Step 12

Now, using two or more people, carefully place the grill into the assembled cart. This step requires assistance due to the weight and size of the grill.
