Operation

Warning

Automatic Shutdown Function:

No operation, about 5 minutes automatic shutdown.

Data Hold Function:

The tester automatically locks the data after three seconds of plugging into the socket, and then press the unlock button to unlock the device.

Socket Sequence Test:

Plug the tester into a standard three-hole power outlet. When the socket line sequence error is detected, the orange backlight is lit to indicate the wiring error. According to the display, determine what kind of error the socket connection is (refer to the error table), and then unplug the tester. When the wrong wiring is detected, please find a professional electrician to repair the wiring.

Phase Voltage, Leakage Voltage Detection and Display of RCD (or GFCI) Trigger Current:

Plug the tester into a standard three-hole power outlet. Read the phase voltage (L-N), leakage voltage (N-E) and RCD (or GFCI) trigger current from the tester display.

Note: When the socket connection is not correct, the leakage voltage cannot be measured.

RCD (or GFCI) Test:

Plug the tester into the correctly connected three-hole power socket, and the RCD (or GFCI) trigger current will be displayed on the display. Press and hold the RCD (or GFCI) key for more than 2 seconds, then the normal leakage switch will trip, and the trip time will be displayed, and the key prompt light will blink to indicate that the trip is complete. If it does not trip, it indicates that the leakage switch has failed. Please find a professional electrician to repair in time. After the measurement, press the RCD (or GFCI) key (about 1 second) to return to the line sequence measurement interface.

GFCI: If the Trip-time is greater than 25 ms, the screen turns orange and "Err" is displayed.

RCD: If the Trip-time is greater than 100ms, the screen turns orange and "Err" is displayed.
