Pairing with Partner App

Follow these steps to pair your SMART+ Zigbee device:

• Step 1: Connect the SMART+ Plug to power. (Visual: Plug connected to power, showing Wi-Fi connection status.)

Operation and Maintenance

Decrease Distance

To optimize signal strength, ensure the device is placed within an optimal range from the Zigbee hub or other Zigbee devices. (Visual: Diagram illustrating reducing the distance between the plug and a wall socket.)

Resetting the Device

The SMART+ Plug/Plug Outdoor switches connected appliances without disconnecting them from the mains. Under adverse conditions, very high capacitive and inductive loads may lead to device destruction or reduce the number of switching cycles.

Wireless radio used in Zigbee lamps/luminaires/components operates in the 2400–2483.5 MHz frequency band with a maximum RF output power of 9.5dBm.

Important Safety Warnings:

• Devices that generate heat must be separated from the mains (e.g., from the SMART+ Plug/Plug Outdoor) to avoid accidental activation.
• Always disconnect the SMART+ Plug/Plug Outdoor from the mains voltage before performing any maintenance work.
• In case of disconnection from the mains (e.g., power outage), the device remains in standby mode.
• Do not use the SMART+ Plug/Plug Outdoor with medical devices.
• The socket must be installed near the device and be easily accessible.
• The device is de-energized only when the plug is disconnected.
• Do not operate when covered.
• Warning: Do not insert in a row (do not plug multiple devices one after another).
