CheerTok Air User Manual

Basic Operations
The CheerTok Air device features a screen, two main buttons (Home and Back), a FN button, a Camera button, a Type-C port, a switch, and volume buttons (VOL+/VOL-). It also has a sliding area on the screen and an LED indicator.
Device Layout:
- FN Button: Located on the top edge.
- Camera Button: Located on the top edge, next to the FN button.
- Sliding Area: The main touch-sensitive surface on the device.
- Back Button: Located on the front, below the screen.
- Type C Port: Located on the bottom edge.
- Switch: Located on the bottom edge, used for powering on/off.
- Home Button: Located on the front, below the screen, next to the Back button.
- LED Indicator: Located on the top edge.
- VOL+ / VOL- Buttons: Located on the side of the device.
Turn ON/OFF
Turning On/Off: Turn the switch button to the left to power on the device; turn it to the right to shut down.
Connection
Pairing: When the device is turned on, the blue LED will flash regularly. The 'CheerTok Air' can be found by your host device. Once paired, it will connect back to the host automatically next time.
Re-pairing: Long press the camera button, then turn on the device. The device will reset and can be found by new hosts.
Mode Switch
Press the VOL- button and turn on the device to switch between normal mode (CheerTok Air) and Android special mode (CheerTok Special). The Android special mode operates more smoothly under the Android system. However, due to system limitations, when video is played horizontally, the pointer can only reach 2/3 of the screen. Switching back to the normal mode can solve this problem.
Connect to Android
Open 'Settings' ➡️ 'Bluetooth' ➡️ turn on Bluetooth and search. You can find the CheerTok Air device. Click to connect.

Connect to iPad/iPhone
Open 'Settings' ➡️ 'Bluetooth' ➡️ search for devices to connect to 'CheerTok Air'. When connected, if the mouse pointer is not displayed, you can turn on the cursor by opening 'Settings' ➡️ 'Accessibility' ➡️ 'Touch' ➡️ 'AssistiveTouch'.

AssistiveTouch Settings
AssistiveTouch allows you to use your iPhone if you have difficulty touching the screen or require an adaptive accessory. You can customize actions like Single-Tap, Double-Tap, and Long Press. Adjusting 'Tracking Sensitivity' is recommended for a good user experience. Options like 'Dwell Control', 'Fallback Action', 'Movement Tolerance', and 'Hot Corners' are also available.

Touchpad Operations
Cursor Movement
Move within the touchpad to move the cursor.

Clicking
Click on the touchpad to perform a click on the screen.

Scrolling and Switching
Slide on the vertical bar for page sliding up and down or short video switching up and down.
Slide on the top bar for screen switching left/right.

Buttons Function
VOL+/- Buttons
Use the VOL+/- buttons to adjust the volume.
Back Button
Short press: return to the previous page or exit camera mode.
Home Button
Short press: return to the home page.
Camera Button
Click the Camera button or VOL+/- to take a photo.

Record/Play Shortcuts
Start Recording
Long press the FN button until the green light turns on.
Recording Gestures
Gestures include touch, buttons, screenshots, etc.
Stop Recording
Tap the FN key, then the green light turns off.
Playing
Single playback: Tap FN key (green light flashes quickly).
Loop playing: Double click FN key (green light blinks slowly).
End Playing
Tap FN key, the green light goes off.
Music Control
- Fn + Camera button: Play/pause music.
- Fn + VOL+: Previous song.
- Fn + VOL-: Next song.

Explorer Edition Features
The following features are not supported by iOS or some Android devices.
Double-click
Wake up camera; switch between photo/video mode. Will enter camera mode, purple LED on.
Triple-click
Switch between front/main camera.
In Camera Mode
Slide the vertical bar to adjust the focal length.
When Playing TikTok
Slide the bottom bar to drag the video progress bar.

Cursor Reposition
(Only available in Android special mode)
Long press the camera button until the LED turns green. Move the cursor to the target position with the camera button pressed. Release the camera button to complete cursor reposition. The cursor will click on the new position when the camera button is pressed.
