CASE STUDY: CONSUMPTION RECORDING
217 MILAN GARAGES WITH PERSONALIZED MANAGEMENT
Energy consumption count for 217 garages distributed across 4 floors, with data visualization by the administrator and each owner. Installation of 217 smart energy meters (Series 7M) and 11 OPTA controllers. Creation of an advanced and secure IoT system to collect data in real-time and facilitate it to administrators and owners. The system integration activity involved software configuration, OPTA cloud linking and assignment, as well as managing differentiated access to control panels by user type.
Thanks to DNDG's assistance in system integration services, a specific web application was provided for both the administrator and the owners.

CASE STUDY: INDUSTRY IS NOW SMART
CNC MACHINERY RETROFITTING
Rationalize energy use in production plants and facilitate potential integration into a CER (renewable energy community), all while controlling energy consumption in real-time, identifying possible anomalies, and optimizing energy use. The identified solution to meet customer demand involved a retrofitting process, i.e., modernizing without replacing, CNC machinery (computerized numerical control) and integrating advanced IoT systems and artificial intelligence algorithms for data analysis. CNC machinery retrofitting is one of the approaches that companies can adopt for a functional transition to Industry 5.0.

Compact DC modular power supplies: Designed for SELV systems (according to EN 60950), compliant with EN 60950-1 and EN 61204-3. Low standby consumption (< 0.4 W/< 0.5 W). OPTA - EXPANSION MODULES

SERIES 7M - SMART ENERGY METERS
The only product in its class on the market with NFC and the ability to measure energy at up to 70°C. Designed for quick and easy programming via smartphone, allowing data storage and sharing during maintenance. Meters can be read even without power for maximum operator convenience and safety.

Type 7M.24 - Single-phase bidirectional energy meter certified MID 40 A
Type 7M.38 - Multifunction bidirectional energy meters with backlit Matrix LCD display. MID certified for three- or four-wire systems and single-phase applications up to 80 A at 70°C.
The Series 7M energy meters are suitable for use up to 70°C without reduction in the amperage they support and are also the only models on the market that periodically store the measured energy data in their NFC.

These devices are the perfect solution for electric car charging points, inverters, and photovoltaic installations, thanks to their short-circuit resistance, for all applications requiring high power.
- Type 45.31.x.xxx.x310: 1 NO double break 16 A, up to 105°C. High contact distance. Printed circuit mounting. For ambient temperatures up to +105°C. For photovoltaic inverters and charging stations.
- Type 66.22: 2 NO 30 A, up to 70°C. Bifurcated terminals. Printed circuit mounting, available with 5 mm separation between the CI and the relay base. Reinforced insulation between coil and contacts according to EN 60335-1 with safety and air/surface clearance of 8 mm.
- Type 67.22: 2 NO double break 50 A, up to 70°C.

STANDARD PROTECTION
