Important Safety Instructions
Always observe basic precautions when using electrical equipment, including the following:
ATTENTION: READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL AND ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS. Failure to observe warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury. Please read all instructions before using this robot.
ATTENTION:
- This robot is intended for children aged 8 and up. People with reduced physical, sensory, or intellectual capabilities, or those lacking experience and knowledge, should be supervised or instructed on the safe use of the robot; they must also be aware of the possible dangers. Children should not play with this robot. Cleaning and maintenance by the user should not be performed by children without supervision.
- The robot must be used according to the instructions in this manual. The company is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by improper use.
To reduce the risk of injury or damage, observe the following safety precautions during installation, use, and maintenance of the robot:
- Please read all safety and operating instructions before using the robot.

- Pay attention to all warnings on the robot, battery, charging station, and user manual.
- Follow all operating and usage instructions.
Symbols on the product or packaging indicate:
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste and do not use a separate waste collector. Contact your local authority for information on the appropriate disposal method. If electrical appliances are discarded in landfills, hazardous substances can filter into the groundwater, enter the food chain, and damage people's health. It is recommended to contact the local or regional waste management agency for further information on recycling and reuse programs.
RESTRICTIONS:
- The robot is intended for indoor use only. Do not use the robot outdoors, in commercial or industrial environments.
- Before using the robot, remove hazardous objects from the floor such as clothing, paper sheets, cords, or curtains and power cables. The robot may get entangled in an object, a table, or a shelf if the cable gets stuck.
- This robot is not a toy. Do not sit or stand on this robot. Children and pets should be supervised while the robot is in operation.
- Store and use the robot at room temperature.
- Do not use the robot to clean objects that are burning or smoking.
- Do not use the robot to clean bleach, paint, or other chemicals, or any wet products.
- If the cleaning area includes a balcony, a physical barrier must be installed to prevent the robot from accessing the balcony and to ensure it operates safely.
- The robot is not suitable for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or guided by a person responsible for their appearance and safe use.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the robot. Furthermore, cleaning and maintenance should not be performed without adult supervision.
- Do not place anything on the robot.
- The robot will move on its own. Please be careful when walking in the operating area to avoid stepping on it.
- Do not use the robot in an area where a grounded power outlet is exposed.
Battery and Charging
- Use only rechargeable batteries with the correct specifications from our company.
- Use a corresponding standard charging station for charging. This product should not be used with any type of power converter; the use of other power converters will immediately void the warranty.
- Do not use a charging station with a damaged power cord or plug. If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be repaired by the manufacturer or a qualified third party.
- Be sure to charge and remove the robot and accessory batteries before storing or transporting for a long period.
- The remote control battery type is a AAA dry alkaline battery.
- To replace the remote control batteries, open the battery cover on the back of the remote control, remove the battery cover, and replace the batteries.
- Charge the robot only indoors.
- The robot's charging station may be protected by a voltage limiter to prevent overvoltage.
- Do not use the charging station with wet hands.
- Before cleaning or performing maintenance on the robot, the plug must be removed from the outlet.
- Ensure that the rated voltage of the included charging station matches the voltage of the standard outlet.
- Used batteries should be placed in a sealed plastic bag and disposed of safely in accordance with local environmental regulations.
- Before each use, check the battery for signs of damage or leakage. Do not charge damaged or leaking batteries.
- If the battery leaks, contact customer service.
- The battery must be removed from the robot before disposal.
- Do not crush or disassemble the battery. Do not heat the battery or place it near heat sources.
- Do not incinerate the battery. Do not short-circuit the battery pack.
- Do not immerse the battery in any liquid.
- Do not crush or disassemble the robot.

Product Description
The Robot
- Reset Button: Used to reset the robot.
- Charging Button: Press to return the robot to the charging station.
- Power/Cleaning Button: Press and hold for 3s to turn on/off. Briefly press to start/pause cleaning.
- Charging Contacts: Located on the robot for charging.
- Water Tank & Dust Box: Integrated unit for mopping and vacuuming.
- Dust Box Opening Button: Used to open the dust box.
- Sensors: Includes laser sensors for navigation and cliff sensors to prevent falls.

Water Tank with Double Rotating Mop & Dust Box

NOTE:
- A dust bag is pre-installed in the charging station.
- The dust bag may appear "deflated"; this is normal.
- The dust bag handle must be fully lowered for debris to enter correctly.
Robot Indicator Lights
- Power Button: Press and hold for 3s to turn on/off. Briefly press to start/pause cleaning.
- Wi-Fi/Network Configuration Light: Indicates Wi-Fi status. Flashing white means entering network configuration. Solid white means network configured correctly. Off means network not configured or configuration successful.
- Charging/Power Indicator Button: Press to return the robot to the charging station. Press and hold the charging and start/stop buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds to enter network configuration mode.
- Blue Light: Power on/firmware update.
- Solid Blue Light: Standby/normal operation.
- Flashing Yellow Light: Low battery.
- Green Light: Charging.
- Solid Green Light: Fully charged.
- Flashing Red Light: Error.
Charging Station Indicator Lights
- Dust Bag Indicator: Solid white light means the dust bag is full or the dust tube is blocked. Flashing red light means the dust bag is not installed or not installed correctly.
- Charging Indicator: Flashing green light means charging. Solid green light means standby.
- Status Indicator: Solid white light means dust collection. Flashing red light means overheating or fan error, or the cover is not closed.
- UVC Sterilization Indicator: White light is always on for sterilization. White light off means no sterilization.
Product Operation
Before Use
Before use, remove all protective parts from the robot and charging station.
- Assemble the Baseboard: Follow the diagram to assemble the baseboard components.
- Install the Charging Station: Place the charging station on a flat, hard surface at least 0.2 feet (0.6m) from the wall. Ensure there is open space in front and on both sides for the robot to dock and empty dust.
- Install Power Cables: Connect the power cables to the charging station.
- Charge the Robot: Place the robot on the charging station to charge.
Note: The charging station must always be connected to the mains. Avoid using power sources that could be accidentally turned off (e.g., power strips, outlets controlled by light switches, GFCI).
App Configuration
To use all functions, it is recommended to use the app to control the robot.
Downloading and Installing the APP
- Scan the QR code or search for "Ultenic" on the App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices) to download the app.
- Open the app and create a user account.
- Tap the "+" icon to add "TS1" to your account.
- Follow the in-app instructions to configure the Wi-Fi connection.
Before starting, ensure that:
- Your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network.
- The 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal is enabled on your router.
- The robot's Wi-Fi light is flashing.
Bluetooth Connection:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and scan for nearby Bluetooth devices.
- Select the robot model.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password to complete the connection.
Manual Connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons simultaneously and wait for the Wi-Fi light to flash.
- Select the same router and Wi-Fi, then enter the correct password.
- Go to Settings and the WLAN list, find the "Ultenic-TS1-XXXX" hotspot, and connect.
- Return to the Ultenic app and complete the network pairing.
Robot Control Panel Operation
- Start/Pause: Press the Power button to start or pause cleaning.
- Charging: Press the "Home" button on the robot to activate charging.
Note: The robot's control panel will turn off after a few minutes of inactivity. Press the "Home" button to reactivate it.
Note: If the robot is not functioning, it is recommended to keep it powered on and charging.
Remote Control Operation
Note:
- It is recommended to point the remote control towards the front of the robot for optimal results.
- The remote control works at a distance of 10-20 feet.
- Navigation Buttons: Control the robot's movement direction.
- Start/Pause Button: Starts or pauses cleaning.
- Silent Mode Button: Activates silent cleaning mode.
- Suction Button: Adjusts suction power.
- Charging Button: Returns the robot to the charging station.
Mopping System
Notes:
- For longer water life, it is recommended to use deionized or demineralized water for cleaning.
- Remove components before cleaning carpets.
- Empty the water tank at the end of cleaning.
- Remove the mop set from the water tank after each use.
- Rinse the mop pad and water tank thoroughly.
- Dry the mop pad in the sun or air, and dry the water tank to prevent mold and odors.
Dust Removal System
When the dust bag is full (indicated by a solid white LED on the intelligent dust display system), discard it and replace it with a new one.
NOTE: When the dust collection bag is removed, the charging station will not collect dust.
- Open the cover.
- Remove the dust bag from the handle.
- Discard the old dust bag.
- Replace with a new dust bag.
- Close the cover.
Cleaning Precautions
- A. Cable Management: Remove power cords and small objects from the floor that could entangle the robot.
- B. Carpet Edges: Fold the edges of carpets to prevent them from getting tangled.
- C. Fireplaces and Vents: It is strongly recommended to prohibit the use of robots in front of fireplaces and in certain areas (e.g., air vents).
- D. Wet Areas: Keep the robot away from damp areas.
- E. Obstacle Height: The robot can overcome objects up to 15 mm (0.59 inches) high. Remove these objects if possible.
- F. Anti-drop Sensors: Anti-drop sensors can prevent the robot from falling down stairs. Since reflective or dark floors can affect sensor performance, it is recommended to physically block areas where the robot might fall.
Maintenance
Mop Set
Before cleaning the robot for maintenance, turn off the robot and unplug the charging station from the power outlet.
- Remove the mop set from the water tank after each use.
- Rinse the mop pad and water tank thoroughly.
- Dry the mop pad in the sun or air and dry the water tank to prevent mold and odors.
Dust Box and HEPA Filter
- Press the release button and remove the dust box.
- Open the lid.
- Remove the HEPA filter.
- Tap the HEPA filter to remove dust.
- Rinse the dust box and let water flow through.
- Completely air dry the HEPA filter before the next use.
- Reinsert the HEPA filter into the dust box.
- Reinstall the dust box onto the robot.
Central Brush
NOTE: It can be used with a cleaning brush during maintenance. Please use the cleaning brush carefully.
- Remove the central brush.
- Clean the central brush.
- Reinstall the central brush.
Side Brushes
Remove and clean the side brushes regularly.
Other Parts
Clean sensors, omnidirectional wheels, and anti-collision plates regularly.
Mapping Sensors
Clean the mapping sensors regularly.
Charging Station Maintenance
If the robot's dust box is not completely emptied or the indicator light is solid white, the charging station's dust tube is blocked. Refer to the image: detach and turn over the charging station. Remove the tube cover with a Phillips screwdriver and remove any dirt or debris.
