Troubleshooting and Solutions
Troubleshooting for Fault Causes
Before checking for malfunctions, confirm:
- Power Supply: Is it working properly?
- Water Supply: Is it normal? Is the angle valve closed?
If the following phenomena occur, immediately cut off power and contact after-sales service:
- The earth leakage protector trips frequently.
Note: For large water leakage not from the water outlet, close the angle valve and cut off power simultaneously.
Analysis of Cleaning Faults
Phenomenon | Possible Reasons | Solutions |
No water comes out after turning on the flushing knob. | The inlet hose is bent, resulting in blockage. | Close the angle valve and reinstall the inlet hose. |
The self-cleaning nozzle needs to be cleaned before cleaning. | Wait for a few seconds and then normal cleaning can be carried out.
After turning on the knob, the spray rod doesn't extend. | Not sitting in the seat ring sensing area. | Sit in the sensing area of the seat ring (a beeping sound will prompt), then turn on the knob again for normal flushing. |
After turning on the knob, the spray rod doesn't extend and a large amount of water flows into the toilet. | The water temperature is abnormal and the product has over-temperature protection. | Unplug the power plug, reconnect after 5 seconds; the product will return to normal use after resetting. |
The temperature sensor is abnormal. When the product is used in an environment without separation of wet and dry areas or when water vapor enters the inside of the product during cleaning, resulting in a temporary short circuit. | Place the product in a dry environment for 1-2 days, reconnect power. If the fault persists, contact after-sales service for repair or replacement.
The water pressure is normal, but the amount of cleaning water is very small and the cleaning power is weak. | The water pressure in the pipeline is abnormal and the product activates the pressure relief mode. | Close the angle valve, remove the hose, check for foreign objects in the filter screen at the water inlet, reinstall the hose, open the angle valve, and turn the knob to maximum. Normal use should be restored. |
There are impurities in the water, and the filter screen is blocked after a period of use. | Clean the filter screen of the hose and the water inlet filter screen according to the maintenance content in the instruction manual.
When the spray rod can extend normally for cleaning, there is no warm water. | The seat ring heating function is turned off. | Turn on the water temperature function through the side button. |
The over-temperature protector of the product is disconnected and needs to be reset. | Unplug the power plug, reconnect after 5 minutes; the product will return to normal use after resetting. If the fault persists, contact after-sales service for repair or replacement. |
Troubleshooting for Seat Ring Heating Faults
Phenomenon | Possible Reasons | Solutions |
The temperature of the seat ring is too low when first touching it. | The seat ring heating function is turned off. | Turn on the seat ring heating function in advance. |
The temperature of the seat ring drops during cleaning. | The product has activated the low-temperature anti-scalding function. | After cleaning is finished, the temperature of the seat ring will rise again. |
Analysis of Lighting Malfunctions Phenomena
Phenomena | Possible Reasons | Solutions |
The toilet pit light is not on. | The toilet pit light is turned off or malfunctioning. | Reconnect the power supply. If the malfunction still persists, please contact the after-sales service for replacement. |
The knob light is turned off or malfunctioning. | The knob light is turned off or malfunctioning. |
