Mixing Cync Dimmers and Cync No On/Off Switches on the same circuit User Experience Two switches on the same circuit controlling the same light(s). All switches on the circuit must be a Cync Smart Switch. Four or more switches on the same circuit controlling the same light(s). Having more switches on the circuit requires more syphoned current from the load which will cause inconsistent functionality and a poor experience. This wiring setup is not compatible or supported due to the risk of lower grade copper, and the potential of deterioration/snapping of the wires. All switches on the same circuit must be a Cync Smart Switch. Our switches will not function properly if they are mixed with a basic on/off switch, or a non-Cync Smart Switch on the same circuit.
