Product Overview

This guide provides instructions for installing the BERG Safety Net Deluxe XL. This safety net is designed to fit various BERG trampoline sizes, including 9 ft, 11 ft, 12.5 ft, and 14 ft models, both for InGround and standard setups.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach Brackets to Trampoline Legs

Secure the mounting brackets (Part 9) to the trampoline legs.

• Place two mounting brackets (Part 9) onto each trampoline leg.
• Use bolts (Part 10), washers (Part 12), and nuts (Part 11) to fasten the brackets. A wrench (Part 13) is provided for tightening.
• Attach the pole bases (Part 8) to the secured mounting brackets.

Step 2: Assemble the Poles

Connect the straight and curved poles to form the net support structure.

• Insert straight poles (Part 3) into pole connectors (Part 7).
• Insert curved poles (Part 2) into the other end of the pole connectors (Part 7).
• Ensure each connection makes a "CLICK" sound to confirm it is securely fastened.
• This process is repeated for all 8 sets of poles.

Step 3: Attach Poles to Bases

Connect the assembled poles to the pole bases on the trampoline frame.

• Insert the bottom of the assembled poles (from Step 2) into the pole bases (Part 8) attached in Step 1.
• Ensure a secure fit.

Step 4: Attach Net to Poles

Connect the safety net to the top of the poles.

• Slide the pole sleeves (Part 6) onto the top section of the poles.
• Place the pole caps (Part 5) onto the top of the poles.
• The safety net has loops that attach to the top of the poles. Slide the net's top loops over the pole caps.

Step 5: Secure Net to Trampoline Frame

Fasten the safety net to the trampoline frame using the provided straps.

• The safety net has straps (Part 4) along its bottom edge.
• Attach these straps to the trampoline frame at designated points.
• Ensure the net is taut and evenly distributed around the trampoline.

Step 6: Final Adjustments

Make final checks and adjustments for a secure installation.

• Ensure all poles are firmly in place and the net is securely attached at all points.
• Verify that all connections are tight and that the net is free of slack.
