Jameson, LLC (Jameson) warrants to the customer that all ML products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 months from date of purchase. Customer is responsible for maintaining proof of purchase date. 2. For ML LED lighting products, Jameson's limited warranty applies only to a total failure. Jameson does not warrant that the operation of any product will be without reduction of light output. 3. For ML LED lighting products, Jameson's warranty covers all failures associated with such product except for those that arise from damage due to negligence, vandalism or using the ML products outside the intended applications or specified operational limits. 4. This warranty is void if product is installed improperly, misused, opened, or modified in any manner. 5. If Jameson receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in any ML product which is covered by Jameson's warranty, Jameson shall either repair or replace the defective product, at Jameson's option. 6. If Jameson is unable to repair or replace, as applicable, a ML defective product covered by Jameson's warranty, Jameson shall, within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, refund the purchase price for the product either directly to the end-user customer or through its appointed reseller. 7. Jameson shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the customer returns the defective product to Jameson in sufficient protective packaging. Contact Jameson Customer Service at 800-346-1956 for return authorization prior to returning. 8. Any replacement product may be either new or like-new, provided it has functionality at least equal to that of the product being replaced. 9. ML replacement products may contain remanufactured parts or components equivalent to new in performance or may have been subject to incidental use. 10. Jameson's limited warranty for ML products is valid in any country/region or locality where Jameson has a support presence for this product and where Jameson has marketed this product. The level of warranty service you receive may vary according to local standards. Jameson will not alter form, fit or function of the product to make it operate in a country/region for which it was never intended to function for legal or regulatory reasons.
