I. ELECTRONICS OVERVIEW

This section provides an overview of the electronic components included in the system.

System Components:

The diagram illustrates the connection between the power supply, control box, remote controller, and motors.

II. PAIRING THE WIRELESS REMOTE

Follow these steps to pair the wireless remote controller with the control box.

Step 1: Install Batteries

Push in on the bottom of the remote to release the battery cartridge. Install two AAA batteries into the remote battery compartment and push firmly to close.

Step 2: Initiate Pairing on Control Box

Plug the control box base into a power source. Press the Pairing Button/Program Button on the control box for approximately 1 second. Ensure the Pairing Lamp - White (Third) is flashing.

Step 3: Complete Pairing on Remote

First, press the "SW" button on the remote until the backlight LED starts flashing, then release it. Second, press the "HEAD UP" button. Continue to hold the "HEAD UP" button until the backlight LED on the remote lights up continuously, then release it. This indicates the remote is pairing.

Pairing is completed when the Pairing Button/Program Button on the control box and the backlight LED on the remote stop flashing, and the control box emits a "DI" sound from the buzzer.

If the remote functions cannot be operated after pairing, repeat the pairing process.

III. FUNCTIONAL OPERATING FOR WIRELESS REMOTE

This section details the functions controllable via the wireless remote.

Press "SW" in 3s until the backlight LED flashing and then press the "BUTTON" in STEP 2 TV MEMORY POSITION

The backlight LEDs are all OFF before operating.

  • Press (TV, ZG) until the backlight LED is lighting and the memory position is completed.
  • When the backlight LED is lighting and press again, clear the corresponding memory position.

TV & ZG have the memory position.

ZG MEMORY POSITION (See above description for TV)
ANTISNORE New ANTI-SNORE preset position and five minutes will be reset.
HEAD DOWN FUNCTIONS IN CIRCLING Head up and down functions in circling.
BACK DOWN FUNCTIONS IN CIRCLING All bed base functions up and down in circling.
FOOT DOWN FUNCTIONS IN CIRCLING Foot up and down functions in circling.
HIP DOWN FUNCTIONS IN CIRCLING Hip up and down functions in circling.
FOOT UP SHORTCUT KEY Foot down tilt (Music position).
HIP UP SHORTCUT KEY Head down tilt (Leg relaxing position).
HEAD UP PAIRING Pairing the remote and control box.
FLAT FORCED RESET The bed will be in FLAT position when the bed is breakdown.

IV. POWER SPECIFICATIONS

This section details the power supply specifications.

Power Supply:

Motor control is achieved by pairing the remote control with the control box, allowing the motors to be controlled up and down.
