Step 1: Open Settings

- Click on the SETTINGS app.

Step 2: Access General Settings

- Scroll down until you see the 'GENERAL' option and tap on it.
Step 3: Select Reset

- Scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on 'RESET'.
Step 4: Choose Network Settings Reset

- Tap on 'RESET NETWORK SETTINGS'.
Step 5: Enter Passcode and Confirm

- Type your lock screen passcode.
- Your phone will restart to complete the process.
