8M Photos & 1080 60p Videos
The 8-megapixel CMOS sensor captures beautiful photos with vivid color and intricate detail. The MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 format creates small, easy-to-handle files and allows for longer recordings. The Xacti HD2000 connects directly to a 16:9 HDTV via its docking station.
High-Speed Sequential Shooting
The HD2000 supports high-speed sequential shooting at 6 frames per second (up to 9 frames) in [8M] mode, and 12 frames per second (up to 15 frames) in [4M] mode, ensuring important moments are not missed.
16x Advanced Zoom
This model offers a 16x advanced zoom function, providing a broader view and capturing more of the scene as it zooms in.
Large 2.7" LCD Monitor
A large 2.7-inch LCD monitor facilitates easy image viewing. It rotates approximately 285 degrees for flexible shooting angles (high/low) and can be turned to view oneself. Closing the monitor activates standby mode, while opening it prepares the device for shooting.
HDMI Output
The supplied docking station includes HDMI, component video, and USB ports, simplifying the process of watching recorded content on an HDTV, recording to a DVD or HD recorder, and connecting to a PC or printer.
Xacti Library Function
Users can build an Xacti Library onto an external hard disk drive. Connecting a hard disk drive to the docking station's USB port allows image files to be copied from the Xacti without a PC, and viewed on a TV in original high quality. An Album function helps organize these files.
