OxyPure Efficiency
Allergies and Sleep
The OxyPure helps alleviate allergy symptoms by removing airborne allergens such as pollen, dust, dust mites, mold spores, and other particles that can affect respiratory health and sleep quality.
Clean Air Delivery Rate and Removal Efficiency
The Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) measures an air purifier's effectiveness in removing pollutants. The OxyPure demonstrates strong performance across various particle types:
Particulate Matter (Size in microns) | CADR (Ft³/Min.) | Removal Efficiency |
---|---|---|
Smoke (0.1µm-1μm) | 84 | 100% in 100 minutes |
Dust (0.1μm-1μm) | 104 | 100% in 100 minutes |
Pollen (0.1μm-1μm) | 114 | 100% in 30 minutes |
The OxyPure is beneficial for improving indoor air quality, especially during seasons prone to colds and flu.
Pollutant Removal
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
Formaldehyde, a common VOC, is present in many household products. The OxyPure's carbon filter effectively absorbs VOCs, contributing to healthier indoor air.
Airborne Virus Elimination Rate
The OxyPure effectively removes airborne pathogens, including Influenza A H3N2. Test results show high removal rates:
Test Parameters | Test Number | Removal Rate |
---|---|---|
H3N2 Influenza A Host Cell: MDCK Action Time: 1 Hour Chamber: 10m³ | 1 | >99.99% |
2 | >99.99% | |
3 | >99.99% |
Airborne Bacteria and Mold Elimination Rates
The OxyPure also removes airborne bacteria and mold spores. Tested bacteria include Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albus, Escherichia coli, and Aspergillus niger, with removal rates exceeding 99.98%.
