RO 1. Scoatei suportul din ambalaj i aezai-l pe o suprafa plan. Introducei mânerele în fantele corespunztoare, în funcie de grupa muscular pe care dorii s o exersai.
2. Fiecare culoare corespunde unui grup muscular diferit.

GB 1. Remove the board from the packaging and place it on a flat surface. Insert the handles into the corresponding slots depending on the muscle group you want to exercise.
2. Each color corresponds to a different muscle group.
