Q&A / Troubleshooting
Q1: What does the LED on the charging case indicate?
The LED colors indicate the battery level: Green for 100%-50%, Yellow for 49%-10%, and Red for less than 10%. When charging the case, the LED flashes slowly.
Q2: How to charge the case?
Use a Type-C adapter (current not over 1A). The LED flashes slowly while charging. It's recommended to charge the case at least once every three months if not in use for a long time.
Q3: Why are the earbuds still connected after placing them back in the case?
This can happen if the charging case battery is depleted, preventing it from turning off the earbuds. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the case and that the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean. Clean contacts with a soft cloth.
Q4: Why is the battery life not as advertised?
The advertised total playtime (e.g., 20 hours) includes the charging case's capacity. A single charge of the earbuds provides approximately 5 hours of playtime. The charging case provides an additional 3 recharges.
