Troubleshooting Tips
Voice Too Quiet
If your voice is not heard clearly, increase the microphone volume by turning the mic volume dial up one increment at a time.
Interference with Other Headsets
If your headset interferes with other DECT headsets nearby, reduce wireless range by pushing switch 3 down on the base unit.
Inadequate Battery Life
- Turn off the headset between calls by pressing the Link button once to toggle 'on' and 'off'.
- Increase battery life by using narrowband transmission; push switch 5 down. Note: This may reduce sound quality.
