Getting Started

Turning On/Off

To turn on the device, press the power button for 5 seconds or connect to the charger. To turn off the device, press the power button for 5 seconds.

Maintenance

Clean the device regularly, especially the part close to the skin, to keep it dry. Adjust the tightness of the device belt to ensure air circulation. On the wrist where the device is worn, avoid excessive use of skin care products. If you experience skin allergy or discomfort, stop wearing the device. Do not wear the device during a hot bath or shower. Do not expose the device to cleaning agents, caustic agents, or other chemicals. Avoid exposing the device to high (over +50°C) or low (below -10°C) temperatures, or heat sources like sunlight. This product is not suitable for children and infants.

Note: IP67 rating means the device is resistant to dust, rain, moisture, and a single immersion in standing water for a short time. Exposure to tougher conditions can damage the device. It is not intended for water sports, diving, or swimming.

Charging

Before use, ensure the battery is charged. Use the provided magnetic charging cable. A 5V, 1A power adapter is recommended. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Place the charging cable connector under the device so its pins contact the charging terminal.
The magnetic connector will align itself.
Connect the charging cable to a power source via USB.
A charging animation will appear on the screen. (Note: If the device was completely discharged, the animation may appear after a few minutes.)

App Installation and Pairing

Requirements: Your mobile phone must support Android 5.1 or iOS 8.4 or later, and Bluetooth 4.0 or later.

Download and install the "FitCloudPro" app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Ensure your phone is connected to the Internet during pairing. Set your smartphone to be "Visible to all nearby Bluetooth devices".

Pairing the Device with Your Phone via APP:

Activate Bluetooth on your phone.
Open the FitCloudPro app, tap "Mine", then "Add Device", and tap "SEARCH".
In the device list, tap your device's name. If successful, "Connected" will appear next to the name, and the app will synchronize data.

Language: The language should change automatically to your phone's language. If the app or device does not support your phone's language, it will remain unchanged.

Connection Disruption: Bluetooth connection may disconnect due to distance (>10 meters), walls, magnetic/radio interference, or closing the app. It should reconnect automatically when the issue is resolved.

Device Functions

Upon first connection and pairing, the device synchronizes time, date, steps, and calories with your mobile phone. For accurate measurements, wear the device on your forearm about 1 cm from the wrist. Factors affecting accuracy include tattoos, scars, moisture, skin thickness, strong pigment, and hair. Keep the heart rate sensor clean and close to the skin. Wearing it too loosely can scatter sensor light, leading to inaccurate readings. Do not look directly at the sensor light. Remain still and inactive during tests for accurate results. Take breaks if data varies significantly. Prolonged measurement may cause overheating; remove the device until it cools. Unnatural body temperature changes can also affect results.

WARNING: Heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen data are for reference only and cannot be used for medical purposes.

Key Functions:

1. Sport Data: Steps, calories, and distance are counted automatically. Data is displayed every 3-25 steps. These are approximate. Ensure natural arm movement while walking for step tracking.
2. HR/Heart rate: Measures and displays real-time heart rate.
3. Blood oxygen/SpO2: Provides blood oxygen level measurement results.
4. BP/ Blood pressure: Provides blood pressure measurement results.
5. Message: Displays SMS, incoming calls, and chat messages from your phone.
6. Sleep: Monitors sleep from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM (noon) the next day.
7. Music: Control music playback (play/pause, skip tracks) on your phone.
8. Sports: Enter sport mode, select activity by sliding and tapping. Data can be saved if distance exceeds 200 meters or activity time is over 5 minutes.
9. QR code: Link to download the APP.
10. Timer/Stopwatch: Click the start icon to begin timing.
11. Find phone: When connected to the app, tap "Find phone" to make your phone ring.
12. Settings:
- 12.1. Language: Change device interface language.
- 12.2. Bright screen display:
  - 12.2.1. Dial switch: Change watch face.
  - 12.2.2. Brightness: Adjust screen brightness.
  - 12.2.3. Screensaver: Set inactivity time before screen turns off.
  - 12.2.4. Tilt to wake: Set backlight duration after gesture.
- 12.3. Time options: Manually set date and time.
- 12.4. Time system: Choose 12 or 24-hour format.
- 12.5. Metric: Choose miles or kilometers for distance.
- 12.6. Vibration: Adjust vibration intensity.
- 12.7. System:
  - 12.7.1. Data: View device name (Bluetooth), MAC number, firmware version.
  - 12.7.2. Turn off: Power off the device.
  - 12.7.3. Reset: Restore factory settings.
13. Watch faces change: Press and hold the screen for 3 seconds, then swipe left or right to change the watch face. Tap to confirm.
14. Thermometer: Measure body and skin temperature.
15. Torch: Swipe down to open the menu and press the torch icon.
