Algemene veiligheidswaarschuwingen WAARSCHUWING: De Wattsun Dock en Pack zijn dusdanig ontworpen dat deze bij normaal gebruik en onderhoud veilig en betrouwbaar is, mits op de juiste manier bediend. Bestudeer de handleiding voordat u de Wattsun Dock en Pack gebruikt. Als u deze veiligheidsinstructies niet opvolgt, kan dit leiden tot brand, een elektrische schok, letsel, of schade aan het product of aan andere eigendommen. Wattsun Dock De Dock is de basis van de Wattsun. Plug je stekker in en je bent direct voorzien van stroom. Op een handig display is alle belangrijke informatie in één oogopslag te zien. Wattsun Pack Heb je meer capaciteit nodig? Stapel een Pack boven op een Dock. Het intelligente besturingssysteem regelt de rest. Wattsun Stack Stapel tot wel vijf hoog. De capaciteit kan zo naar wens worden uitgebreid. Is een Pack leeg? Geen paniek, wisselen maar! Zo blijf je continu van stroom voorzien. Achter het gebruiksgemak en het robuuste design gaat een unieke techniek schuil. Het gepatenteerde stapelbare lithium-ion batterijsysteem maakt dat de verschillende modules zonder kabel aan elkaar gekoppeld kunnen worden. In een stapel levert de bovenste module als eerste energie. Zodra deze leeg is, begint automatisch de volgende module. Ondertussen kun je eenvoudig de lege module verwisselen, ook tijdens gebruik. Zo ben je eindeloos van energie voorzien. 06 - Nederlands Installeren · Draag de Wattsun met beide handen. · Plaats de Wattsun op een veilige plek en stabiele ondergrond. · Plaats de Wattsun altijd op de vier poten. Aansluiten · Houd de aan/uit drukknop vier seconden ingedrukt. · Plug de stekker van je elektrisch apparaat in het 230V stopcontact. · Plaats de Wattsun altijd op de vier poten. Check de gebruiksduur · Controleer de batterij status. · Bekijk de resterende tijd in uren en minuten bij huidige gebruik op het display. · Het display schakelt na drie minuten automatisch uit. Druk aan/uit knop in om display in te schakelen. Vergroot de batterij capaciteit · Stapel een Pack op de Dock om de capaciteit te vergroten. · De Packs kunnen linksom of rechtsom worden gestapeld. · Stapel tot maximaal vijf hoog. (1 Dock en 4 Packs) · Tijdens het gebruik kunnen de Packs verwisseld worden. · In een stapel levert de bovenste Pack als eerste energie. Zodra deze leeg is, begint automatisch de volgende Pack. Opbergen · Zet de Dock altijd uit na gebruik. · Doe dit door de aan/uit drukknop vier seconden ingedrukt te houden. · Berg de Wattsun droog en schoon op. Batterij laden · Zet de Dock uit voordat je begint met laden. · Elke Wattsun is voorzien van een laadconnector aan de achterzijde van de module. Plug de meegeleverde lader in het stroomnet (230 Volt) en in de Wattsun. · Zet de lader aan door de aan/uit schakelaar op de lader in te drukken. · Op het display van de Dock zie je de batterijstatus. Op de Pack geven de vijf leds de status van het laden aan. 07 - Nederlands Display Wattsun Dock Opstarten Gebruik 1. Resterende tijd in uren en minuten bij huidige gebruik 2. De lader kan losgekoppeld worden van het product. Temperature De temperatuur in het product heeft de maximale bedrijfstemperatuur overschreden. Laat het product afkoelen door het aangesloten apparaat uit te schakelen. Voorkom dat de temperatuur weer op loopt. Charging complete 100% Temperature Wattsun needs to cool down ERROR Het product heeft een storing. Controleer het product en herstart. ERROR Please restart Wattsun Battery empty De batterij is leeg. Laad de batterij op om de Wattsun weer te gebruiken. Battery empty Please charge Wattsun 0% 09 - Nederlands LED bar Pack De LED bar geeft met 5 LED-lampjes de status van de batterij aan. De batterijstatus van Pack wordt gedurende 5 seconden weergegeven wanneer op de touch knop wordt gedrukt. Gebruik De batterijstatus wordt weergegeven door het aantal groene LED-lampjes. Als de batterijstatus van een Pack minder dan 5% is, is het meest linkse LED-lampje oranje. 100 - 90 % 90 - 70 % 70 - 50 % 50 - 30 % 30- 5 % <5 % Laden Tijdens het laden is de LED bar altijd aan. De laadstatus wordt weergegeven door het knipperen van het LED-lampje. Als het opladen voltooid is (100%) en de batterij cellen volledig in balans zijn, branden alle LED-lampjes groen. 100 % 99 - 90 % 90 - 70 % 70 - 50 % 50 - 30 % 30 - 0 % ERROR Bij een systeemfout knipperen alle LED-lampjes rood. Veiligheidspauze Bij een veiligheidspauze knipperen alle LED-lampjes groen. Veiligheidspauze wordt automatisch ingeschakeld bij overbelasting door meer dan 1500 Watt aan vermogen te vragen of te hoge bedrijfstemperatuur. In de Stack De LED-bar van de Pack die stroom levert staat altijd aan. De LED-bar van de andere Packs zijn uitgeschakeld. Druk op de piezo drukknop voor batterijstatus voor weergave van de batterijstatus van de Packs. Wattsun Dock en Pack laden 1. Zet de Wattsun Dock uit voordat je begint met laden. De Pack is automatisch uit wanneer deze niet in de stapel staat. 2. Sluit de `Wattsun charger 360' aan op het stroomnet (230 Volt). 3. Lift het klepje aan de achterzijde van het product. 4. Plug de connector van de lader in de laadpoort (A). 5. Draai de connector naar rechts (B) totdat er een `klik' hoorbaar is (C). De lader is nu vergrendeld. 6. Druk op de aan/uit knop van de lader en het product laadt op. 7. Op het display van de Dock wordt de status van de batterij weergegeven. Op de Pack geven de vijf leds de status van het laden aan. 8. Gebruik nooit een andere lader dan de originele meegeleverde lader De Wattsun Charger 360. Demonteer het product nooit en voer geen wijzigingen uit. Er bestaat het gevaar van kortsluiting of een elektrische schok. 2. Draag het product te alle tijden met twee handen. 3. De bediener of gebruiker is verantwoordelijk voor ongevallen, persoonlijk letsel of schade aan het eigendom van anderen. 4. Bescherm het product tegen warmte, bijvoorbeeld continu fel zonlicht, en vuur, in verband met explosiegevaar. 5. Laat personen die deze voorschriften niet hebben gelezen dit product nooit gebruiken. 6. Bewaar het product buiten het bereik van kinderen. 7. Het product is ontworpen voor alle weersomstandigheden, aangeraden wordt echter om het product uit de buurt van water en vocht te houden. Door langdurig contact met water of vocht kan roestvorming op de contacten optreden. Dit kan vermogensverlies en een kortere levensduur veroorzaken. 8. Voorkom schokken en slagen op het product. Rij niet over de stroomkabel, knel deze niet af en trek er niet aan. 9. Bij beschadiging en onjuist gebruik van het product kunnen dampen vrijkomen. Zorg voor frisse lucht en raadpleeg bij klachten een arts. De dampen kunnen de luchtwegen irriteren. 10. Houd het product schoon. Vervuiling kan tot een elektrische schok leiden. 11. Sluit de stroomkabel van de voeding alleen aan op een stroomnet met een aardlekschakelaar van 30 mA of minder om het risico van stroomschokken te reduceren. 12. Werk niet met het product bij slechte weersomstandigheden, met name niet bij opkomend onweer. 13. Gebruik het product alleen bij daglicht of goed kunstlicht. 14. Controleer het product voor het gebruik en na een incident op slijtage en beschadigingen en laat het indien nodig repareren. Neem hiervoor contact op met Wattsun pop-up power via hello@wattsun.net. 15. Gebruik het product niet bij een in het algemeen verminderd beoordelings vemogen, wanneer u moe of ziek bent of onder invloed bent van alcohol, drugs of medicijnen. 16. Dek het product niet af wanneer het in werking is of tijdens het opladen. Het product kan oververhit raken en daarna niet meer optimaal werken. 17. Voorkom aanraking van de contacten met lichaamsdelen, paperclips, munten, sleutels, spijkers, schroeven en andere kleine metalen voorwerpen die overbrugging van de contacten kunnen veroorzaken. Kortsluiting tussen de contacten kan elektrische schok, brandwonden of brand tot gevolg hebben. 18. Gebruik het product op een droge en vlakke ondergrond en plaats het altijd op de vier poten. 19. Schakel het product uit, trek de stroomkabel uit het stopcontact voordat het product wordt verplaatst voor reiniging, wanneer de stroomkabel in de war is geraakt of wanneer het product, ook slechts voor korte tijd, onbeheerd is. Houd de stroomkabel uit de buurt van warmte, olie, scherpe voorwerpen en randen. Dagelijks Wekelijks Maandelijks Elk kwartaal Controleer voor gebruik Omschrijving 1. Controleer voor het gebruik de behuizing, de contacten, het OLED-display en de aan/uit drukknop. 2. Reinig het product met een zachte borstel. 3. Controleer de (Wattsun Charger 360) lader voor gebruik. 4. Laad het product op. Ook bij langdurig opbergen. 5. Controleer voor elk gebruik de stroomkabel van het elek- trisch apparaat dat is aangesloten op de Wattsun Dock. Bij mogelijke defecten gebruik het product niet. 6. Controleer voor gebruik of het ventilatiesysteem vrij is. 7. Stoffilters reinigen. (Zie Wattsun Dock en Pack onderhouden) X X X X X X X 14 - Nederlands 15 - Nederlands Onderhouden Behuizing reinigen Reinig de behuizing van het product regelmatig en zorgvuldig. Borstel met een schone en zachte borstel het vuil van de buitenkant van het product. Reinig vervolgens met een licht vochtige, zachte doek nogmaals de behuizing. Berg het product droog op. Controleer tijdens het reinigen of onderdelen beschadigd zijn die de werking van het product nadelig beïnvloeden. Laat beschadigde delen repareren voordat u het product gebruikt. Neem hiervoor contact op met de klantenservice van Wattsun pop-up power B.V.. Stoffilters reinigen Aan voor- en achterzijde van het product bevinden zich twee stoffilters (in totaal vier) die evenals de behuizing regelmatig en zorgvuldig gereinigd dienen te worden. Bij dagelijks gebruik wordt aangeraden de stoffilter vier keer per jaar schoon te maken en bij wekelijks gebruik twee keer per jaar. Schroef met de hand het ventilatierooster los van het product met een imbussleutel 2,5. Haal het stoffilter uit de daarvoor bestemde ruimte en klop het stof uit het stoffilter. Bij hardnekkig vuil eventueel schoonblazen of zuigen. Plaats het filter droog terug in het product. Schroef vervolgens het ventilatierooster met de `punt' naar boven weer vast. (zie afbeelding hieronder) Controleer tijdens het reinigen of onderdelen beschadigd zijn die de werking van het product nadelig beïnvloeden. Laat beschadigde delen repareren voor u het product gebruikt. Opbergen Wanneer je besluit het product voor langere tijd niet te gebruiken zijn er twee belangrijke factoren van invloed op de algehele conditie van de batterij. 1. De omgevingstemperatuur; kies een droge opbergruimte met een omgevingstemperatuur van 15°C tot 25 °C, om het product op te bergen, zonder fel daglicht. 2. Het laadpercentage van de batterij; laad de batterij tot 50% voordat je het voor lange tijd opbergt. Controleer regelmatig of de lading rond de 50% ligt als je het product langer dan 6 maanden niet gebruikt. Verder adviseren wij het product te reinigen voordat je het voor langere tijd opbergt. Zorg daarnaast dat het product op de grond geplaatst is zodat het niet kan vallen. Transporteren 1. Zet de Wattsun Dock uit voor transport. Wattsun Pack is automatisch uit wanneer deze niet in een stapel geplaatst is waarvan de Dock aan staat. 2. Zet het product goed vast in het voertuig. Voorkom dat het product gaat schuiven. 3. In het product worden Lithium-Ion batterijen gebruikt. Raadpleeg voor verzending an het product altijd een deskundige voor gevaarlijke goederen. 4. Bij de verzending door derden (bijv. luchttransport of wegtransport) moeten bijzondere eisen ten aanzien van verpakking en markering in acht worden genomen. 5. Neem ook de in uw land geldende voorschriften in acht. 6. Vervoer het product altijd op de vier poten. 7. Vervoer het product niet gestapeld. 8. Gebruik geschikte laad hulpmiddelen (laadpodium of lift) om het product in of uit een voertuig te laden. Het product moet altijd met twee handen worden gedragen. 9. Transporteer het product alleen als de behuizing onbeschadigd is. Afvalverwijdering Gooi de Wattsun Dock en Pack of bijbehorende oplader niet bij het huisvuil. Neem contact op met de klantenservice en wij komen je producten ophalen en zorgen voor recycling en / of een tweede leven van de batterij en componeten. 16 - Nederlands 17 - Nederlands Problemen opsporen De Wattsun Dock of Pack laadt niet op Oorzaak 1. Defecte oplader. 2. Defect netsnoer. 3. Oplader niet goed aangesloten. 4. Netspanning buiten het bereik. 6. Temperatuur te hoog of te laag. 7. De Wattsun Dock of Pack staat aan. 8. De lader staat niet aan. 9. De Dock geeft ERROR aan. Oplossing Vervang de oplader door een nieuwe originele oplader aan te schaffen. Vervang het netsnoer. Sluit de oplader goed aan. Controleer of de netspanning juist is (tussen de 220 - 240 Volt wisselspanning). Product kan alleen geladen worden als de omgevingstemperatuur tussen de 0 en 25°C is. Plaats het product uit de zon of in een koelere ruimte. Zet de Wattsun Dock of Pack uit voordat je gaat laden. Zet de lader aan door de aan / uit schakelaar in te drukken. Controleer de Wattsun Dock en herstart. Is het probleem nog niet verholpen? Reset de Dock door de aan / uit drukknop 10 seconden ingedrukt te houden. De Wattsun Dock functioneert niet Oorzaak Oplossing 1. Aan/uit drukknop niet lang genoeg Houdt de aan/uit drukknop vier ingedrukt. seconden ingedrukt om de Dock aan te zetten. 2. Temperatuur te hoog of te laag. Product kan alleen gebruikt worden als de omgevingstemperatuur tussen de -10°C en 35°C is. Plaats het product uit de zon of in een koelere ruimte. 3. Aangesloten kabel van product is Stekker volledig in het stopcontact van de niet volledig in het stopcontact van Wattsun Dock pluggen. de Wattsun Dock geplugd. 4. Het vermogen van je elektrisch apparaat is te hoog. Het maximale continu vermogen is overschreden. (Kijk in de technische specificaties van de Dock wat het maximaal continu vermogen is voor jouw Wattsun Dock). 18 - Nederlands 5. De lader is nog aangesloten. 6. De opstartpiek is te hoog van je elektrisch apparaat. 7. De Wattsun Dock geeft ERROR aan. 8. Vocht in de Wattsun Dock. De Wattsun Dock functioneert niet wanneer deze geladen wordt. Koppel de lader los en start de Wattsun Dock. Sommige elektrische apparaten hebben een te hoge opstartpiek waardoor de Wattsun Dock in beveiligingsmodus springt. Deze producten kunnen niet gebruikt worden. (Kijk of je een vergelijkbaar apparaat kunt vinden met een lagere opstartpiek). Controleer de Wattsun Dock en herstart. Is het probleem nog niet verholpen? Reset de Dock door de aan / uit drukknop 10 seconden ingedrukt te houden. De Wattsun Dock is voorzien van vier vochtsensoren. Wanneer de Dock door omstandigheden vocht in het product is gekomen schakelt de Dock automatisch uit wegens veiligheidsredenen. Neem contact op met de klantenservice. De Wattsun Pack functioneert niet Oorzaak Oplossing 1. De Wattsun Pack is niet gestapeld De Wattsun Pack gaat automatisch aan wan- op een Dock. neer deze op een correcte manier is gestapeld op de Dock. 2. De Wattsun Pack is niet correct gestapeld op de Wattsun Dock. De Wattsun Pack moet met haar vier poten bovenop de Dock geplaatst worden op de daarvoor bestemde positie. 3. De batterij is leeg. Laad de batterij op voor gebruik. De vijf ledjes geven de status van de batterij aan. 4. Temperatuur te hoog of te laag. 5. De lader is nog aangesloten. Product kan alleen gebruikt worden als de omgevingstemperatuur tussen de -10°C en 35°C is. Plaats het product uit de zon of in een koelere ruimte. De Wattsun Pack functioneert niet wanneer deze geladen wordt. Koppel de lader los voordat je de Pack stapelt op de Dock. 6. De Wattsun Pack geeft ERROR aan. Controleer de Wattsun Pack en stapel de Pack opnieuw op de Dock. Is het probleem nog niet verholpen? Reset de Pack door de Touch knop zeven keer achter elkaar aan te raken. Plug in and you are immediately supplied with power. On the convenient display, all important information,such as battery status, can be found at a glance. Wattsun Pack Need more capacity? Stack the Pack(s) on top of the Dock. The intelligent operating system takes care of the rest. Wattsun Stack Stack up to five modules. (1 Dock plus 4 Packs) to expand the capacity. Empty pack? No problem, just change it! You'll be ensured of power contantly. Behind the sturdy design and the ease of use, hides a unique technique. The patented stackable battery systems makes it possible to connect different modules without using cables. The top module is the first to provide energy. As soon as it's empty, the next module automatically takes over. In the meantime you can easily change the empty module, continuously staying supplied with power. Even while in use! 24 - English Installing · Carry the Wattsun with both hands. · Place the Wattsun on a safe, dry, flat and stable surface. · Place the Wattsun on the four feet. Connecting · Hold the power button for 4 seconds. · Plug your electrical device in the 230V socket. · Place the Wattsun on the four feet. Check before use · Check the battery level. · View the remaining time in hours and minutes with current use. · The display will automatically switch off after 3 minutes. Briefly press the power button to turn it on again. Expand capacity · Stack a Pack on a Dock to expand the capacity. · The Packs can be stacked both ways (left or right). · Stack up to five modules. Charging the battery · Turn off the Dock before charging. · Each Wattsun is equiped with a charger port on the backside of the module. Plug the Wattsun charger into a power outlet (230V) and connect it to the module. · Turn on the Wattsun charger by flipping on the on/off switch on the charger itself. · The battery status of the Dock is shown on the Docks' display. The 5 Leds on the Pack indicate the charging status of a Pack. 25 - English Display Wattsun Dock Starting up Use 1. Remaining time in hours and minutes with current use. 2. The charger can be disconected from the module. Temperature The temperature in the Wattsun has exceeded the limit. Allow the product to cool down by switching off the connected device. Prevent the temperature from getting to high. Place the product in a colder environment e.g. the shade. Error The product has a malfunction. Check the product and restart it. Battery empty Please charge Wattsun 0% 27 - English LED bar Pack The LED bar shows the status of the battery with 5 LED lights. The battery status of the Pack is displayed for 5 seconds when the push button is pressed. Battery level The battery level is indicated by the number of green LED lights. If the battery level of a Pack is lower than 5%, the LED light on the far left will light up orange. 100 - 90 % 90 - 70 % 70 - 50 % 50 - 30 % 30- 5 % <5 % Charging While charging, the LED bar stays illuminated. The charging status is indicated by the LED light blinking. When it's complete (100%) and the battery cells are fully balanced, all LED lights light up green. 100 % 99 - 90 % 90 - 70 % 70 - 50 % 50 - 30 % 30 - 0 % Error In case of a system error, all LED lights blink red. Safety break During a safety break, all LED lights blink green. Safety break is automatically activated in case of an overload, by requesting more than 1500 watts of power, or when the temperature of the battery is too high. 28 - English In the stack The LED bar of the Pack that supplies power is always illuminated. The LED bars on the other Packs in the stack are turned off by default. Press the touch button to display the battery level of the individual Packs. Charging the Wattsun Dock and Pack 1. Turn off the Wattsun Dock before you start charging. The Pack is automatically turned off when it's not being used in a stack. 2. Connect the "Wattsun charger 360" to the mains (230 Volt). 3. Lift the cover on the rear of the product. 4. Plug the connector of the charger into the charging port (A). 5. Turn the connector to the right (B) until a "click" is heard (C). The charger is now locked. 6. Switch the on / off button on the charger and the product will start charging. 7. The battery status of the Dock is shown on the Docks' display. Do not disassemble or make any changes to the product. Danger of causing short circuit or electric shock. 2. Carry the product with both hands at all times. 3. The product is suitable for all weather conditions, it is recommended however, to keep the product away from water and moisture. Long-term contact with water or moisture can cause corrosion on the contacts. This could cause power loss and a shorter lifespan. 8. Avoid shocks and hits to the product. Do not drive over the power cable, do not squeez it or pull it. 9. In case of damage and improper use of the product, vapors may be released. Provide fresh air and consult a doctor in case of complaints. The fumes may irritate the respiratory system. 10. Keep the product clean. Pollution can lead to an electric shock. 11. Only connect the power cable from the power supply to a power outlet with a circuit breaker of 30 mA or less to reduce the risk of electric shock. 12. Don't use the product in bad weather conditions, especially in case of severe weather conditions. 13. Only use the product in daylight or adequate artificial light. 14. Do not use the product while being in a state of overall poor judgement, when you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication. 16. Do not cover the product when it's in use or while charging. The product could overheat and may stop function optimally. 17. Prevent any contact with body parts, paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws and other small metal objects that can cause the contacts to bridge. A short circuit between the contacts may result in electrical shocks, burns or even fire. 18. Use the product on a dry and flat surface and always place it on the four feet. 19. Turn off the product, unplug the power cable the socket before moving the product. Turn off the product when the power cord is tangled or when the product is left unattended, even if just for a brief moment. Keep the power cord away from heat, oil, sharp objects and edges. Daily Weekly Monthly Quarterly Check before use Description 1. Before use, check the casing, the contacts, the OLED X display and the power button. 2. Clean the product with a soft brush. X 3. Before use, make sure the ventilation system is free of X blockage. 7. Clean dust filters. (See maintenance) X 32 - English 33 - English Maintenance Cleaning the casing It's important to regularly and carefully clean the casing of the product. Brush the dirt off the outside of the casing with a clean and soft brush. Then, clean the casing again with a damp, soft cloth. Always make sure the product is dry before storing. During cleaning, check for any damaged parts that may affect the proper operation of the product. Have damaged parts repaired before using the product.. Please contact Wattsun customer service for service and repairs. Cleaning the dust filters There are two dust filters (four in total) located on the front- and back- of the product, which, like the casing, must be cleaned regularly and carefully. With daily use, it's recommended to clean the dust filter four times a year. With weekly use, twice a year is sufficient. Unscrew the ventilation grill from the product by hand with a hexagonal wrench 2.5. Remove the dust filter from the designated space and get rid of the dust from the dust filter. For stubborn dirt, blow or vacuum clean. Place the dry filter back in the product. Then screw the ventilation grill back with the "point" pointing upwards. (see image below) During cleaning, check whether any parts are damaged that may affect the proper operation of the product. Have damaged parts repaired before using the product. Storage When storing the product for a longer period of time, there are two important factors that influence the overall condition of the battery. 1. The ambient temperature; choose a dry storage room with an ambient temperature of 15 ° C to 25 ° C, store the product without it being exposed to bright daylight. 2. The charge percentage of the battery; charge the battery to around 50% before storing it for a long period of time. Regularly check if the battery level remains around 50% if you don't use the product for more than 6 months. We also recommend cleaning the product before storing it for a longer period of time. In addition, ensure that the product is placed on the floor so it can't fall. Transport 1. Turn off the Wattsun Dock before transport. The Pack is automatically turned off when it's not being used in a stack. 2. Make sure the product is secured properly. Prevent the product from sliding or tumbling. 3. Don't stack the product during transport or shipping. 8. Use suitable loading tools (loading dock or lift) to get the product in or out of a vehicle. Waste disposal Do not dispose of the Wattsun Dock, the Wattsun Pack or the Wattsun charger 360 in household waste. Contact customer service and we will come to collect your products and ensure recycling and/or a second life of the battery. 34 - English 35 - English Troubleshooting The Wattsun Dock or Pack won't charge Cause Solution 1. Faulty charger. Replace the charger by ordering a new original charger. 2. Faulty power cord. Replace the power cord. 3. Charger not properly connected. Connect the charger properly. 4. Mains voltage out of range. Check if the mains voltage is correct (between 220 - 240 Volt AC). 6. Temperature is too high or too low. The product can only be charged if the ambient temperature is between 0 ° C and 25 ° C. Make sure the product is not exposed to (direct) sunlight and move the product to a colder environment. 7. The Wattsun Dock or Pack is on. Turn of the Wattsun Dock or Pack before charging. 8. The Wattsun charger is off. Turn on the charger by flipping the on / off switch. 9. The Wattsun Dock indicates ERROR. Check the Wattsun Dock and restart it. Still having problems? Hold the powerbutton down for 10 seconds to reset the Dock. Contact customer service for help. The Wattsun Pack isn't working. Cause Solution 1. The Wattsun Pack isn't stacked on The Wattsun Pack automatically switches on top op a Dock. when it is stacked on top of a Dock correctly. 2.
