Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the AquaSolvo Eco Ambient Air Sterilizer. This device incorporates a 4-in-1 high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter with a hypochlorous acid (HOCl) generator to sterilize the air. It can efficiently filter indoor air, removing particulate matter with a diameter of less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5). It can also absorb harmful chemicals such as formaldehyde, smoke, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other harmful gases. The AquaSolvo Eco Ambient Air Sterilizer is a comprehensive solution to remove the contaminants from the air you breathe.

There are two models of the AquaSolvo Eco Ambient Air Sterilizer: ·AAHE-50XX04 (without Wi-Fi) ·AAHE-50XX04C (with Wi-Fi) Note: XX is the color code. The unit is available in a variety of colors. This is for model AAHE-50WC04C instruction manual.

When you are shopping for an air purifier, it is recommended to: A. Refer to the suggested room size; and B. Refer to the tobacco smoke, dust, and pollen Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) ratings/numbers, developed by the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM) . According to AHAM, the higher the CADR number, the faster the unit filters the air. For more details, please refer to https://ahamverifide.org/ahams-air-filtration-standards/. AquaSolvo units are independently tested for common sources of indoor air pollution, i.e., tobacco smoke, dust, and pollen, and have received an individual CADR rating for each air pollutant.
SUGGESTED ROOM SIZE: 460 Square feet/ 43 Square meter THIS UNIT'S CARD RATINGS: Tobacco Smoke: 296.4 Dust: 293.8 Pollen: 310.8

Product Overview

How It Works

Please refer to Figure 1 for the product overview.
·Main Body: The main body of the unit has two chambers. The 4-in-1 HEPA filter is in the bottom chamber. The HOCl generator assembly is in the upper chamber. The bottom chamber is concealed by a magnetically attached screen and houses the 4-in-1 HEPA filter. The top chamber is concealed by a second screen. A control panel is located on the top of the main body.
·4-in-1 HEPA Filter: The cylindrical 4-in-1 filter provides comprehensive filtration capability.
·HOCl Generator Assembly: HOCl generator and Cold evaporation filter. When adding tap water and salt to the HOCl generator, the Sterilizer generates HOCl water, which is absorbed and evaporated by the Cold evaporation filter.
·Control Panel: At the top of the unit is a control panel with a number of touch-sensitive buttons. These buttons are used to control functions of the unit. The inner light ring around the control panel will change colors to display indoor air quality status.
·Remote Control: A battery powered infrared remote allows convenient control of the unit. The remote control has a magnetic back and can be stored on the side bracket of the control panel.
·Power Cord: (Not shown) Used to connect the AquaSolvo Eco Ambient Air Sterilizer to AC power.
·Salt Bottle with Scoop: The Sterilizer is supplied with a salt bottle with a salt scoop built into the cap. This allows you to measure 1 gram of salt by each scoop. NOTE: Only use non-iodized salt with the Sterilizer . Do not overfill the salt bottle with

The AquaSolvo Eco Ambient Air Sterilizer incorporates a 5-stage cleaning system to help clean the air. A fan forces air through the unit from bottom to top. There are five stages to the unit:
·Stage 1: Pre-Filter . The pre-filter captures large particulate matters including dust, pollen,and hair.
·Stage 2: Anti-Microbial Coating . The antimicrobial coating kills more microbes including bacteria and viruses captured in the filter.
·Stage 3: True HEPA Filter . The true High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filter captures up to 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns in diameter.
·Stage 4: Activated Carbon Filter . The activated carbon filter absorbs odors, gases, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
·Stage 5: HOCL Generator System . Hypochlorous acid is generated inside the machine, and absorbed by the cold evaporation filter. The liquid is evaporated as air passes through the cold evaporation filter. This disperses the HOCl throughout the airspace in the room allowing it to destroy a variety of bacteria and viruses.

Filter Replacement
Cold evaporation filter Replacement
The cold evaporation filter should be replaced every eight months, or whenever indicated by the yellow 1 illuminated on the Filter Replacement Indicator on the Control Panel. 1. Remove the top cover from the back of the
Sterilizer. 2. Grasp the handle of the HOCl generator
and turn it to the right to release it from the base. 3. Remove the HOCl generator.

Troubleshooting
Symptom Sterilizer does not operate.
Sterilizer is starting to make noise and the air output is low. Air coming from Sterilizer has a bad odor.
Air quality does not improve as the Sterilizer operates.
Water added to Sterilizer but Water Level indicator still flashing. Salt Level indicator displayed even after salt has been added.
Salt Level indicator flashing after salt has been added. The appliance is very loud.
The app does not operate properly or it is not possible to sync the Sterilzer with the AiLivin smartphone app.

Probable Cause/Solution Power cord not securely plugged into outlet. Make sure plug is securely inserted. No AC power. Check fuse or circuit breaker. Replace fuse with a time delay type or reset the circuit breaker. 4-in-1 HEPA filter may be dirty or obstructed. Replace filter.
HOCl generator is dirty or has contaminated water in it. Discard any water that is in the generator and thoroughly clean it, then refill with clean fresh tap water and non-iodized salt. NOTE: The first time you use the Sterilizer, you might perceive a plastic or paint smell. This is normal, but it should disappear quickly. If the smell persists or if you sense a burning smell, please disconnect the unit and contact Customer Assistance. Windows or doors are open. Constant introduction of dirty air from outside the room can reduce the effectiveness of the Sterilizer. Close all exterior doors and windows. Check that HOCl generator is properly seated in the Sterilizer. It takes some time to dissolve the salt and monitor the actual concentration. If necessary discard salt water solution and mix a new batch.
Make sure amount of salt added is correct. If necessary discard salt water solution and mix a new batch. Ensure that there are no obstacles near the appliance and that it has a minimum of 12 inches (30 cm) of clearance around it for optimal operation. Contact Customer Assistance.
