Product Overview

The Denver SWG-339 is a smartwatch designed for monitoring fitness-related metrics such as heart rate, blood oxygen levels, steps taken, distance covered, calorie consumption, and sleep quality. The device is intended for fitness tracking and not for medical, clinical, or dietary purposes.

The smartwatch features a display showing time, steps, heart rate, and calories. It connects via Bluetooth to the 'Denver Smart Life Plus' app.

Getting Started

Charging Your Smartwatch

Ensure the charging pins of the charging cable correctly align with the charging contacts on the back of your smartwatch. Connect the other end to a power source. Fully charge the watch before first use. Charging takes approximately 3 hours.

Downloading the App

Search for the 'Denver Smart Life Plus' app in the Apple Store or Google Play. You can also scan the provided QR code to install the app.

Pairing and Unpairing the Watch

  1. Open the 'Denver Smart Life Plus' app and set up your profile. In the settings, tap 'Connect to Smartwatch' and select your 'SWG-339' smartwatch to connect.
  2. To disconnect your smartwatch, go to the app settings and tap 'Disconnect Smartwatch'. On an iPhone, you must also go to iPhone settings under 'Bluetooth' and select the option 'Forget this device'.

GPS Function

You can use the GPS function while walking, running, hiking, or cycling. Select the desired activity and wait for the GPS signal to locate your position. Once located, you can start your workout.

After finishing a training session, you can check the map in the app. For faster location, you can enable the AGPS function in the app.

If you press 'Go' directly, you can start the training without the GPS function.
